Beautiful familyhouse close to the beach, Haarlem and Amsterdam. Situated in a quiet neighborhood. The City Centre of Haarlem is 10 min walk. A great city with shops, restaurants and bars. Also only 25 min by bike to Zandvoort Beach. Ground floor: cozy living where you can relax, big open kitchen with is fully equipped and open doors to the sunny garden. There are 2 bedrooms, a modern bathroom with bath, separate shower. PS we have two cats. They are very gentle and are used to be around kids

In deze centraal gelegen accommodatie ligt alles voor jou als gast binnen handbereik. Dit huis is rustig gelegen in Oegstgeest, met vrij uitzicht op het groen (aan beide zijden), voor-en achtertuin, met uitzicht voorzijde huis op het water. Het huis ligt vlakbij Leiden (met vele musea en ze noemen deze stad ook wel “klein Amsterdam”), en de stranden van Wassenaar, Katwijk, Noordwijk liggen op 10-15 minuten rijden. De Keukenhof ligt op 15 minuten rijden. Schiphol is slechts op 20 minuten rijden.

Sand Appartment, bevindt zich op de gehele 1e verdieping van het woonhuis. Op 1 minuut van het Zuid strand, met goede restaurants. Lopend: centrum 5 minuten en treinstation 8 minuten. In Zandvoort is een groot zwembad "Aqua Mundo Center Parcs". Mooie steden in buurt van Zandvoort of op fiets/trein of rij-afstand: o.a.: Amsterdam, Haarlem, Alkmaar, Volendam. Continue your day with a short trip to Amsterdam or walk beautiful beaches in Zandvoort and Bloemendal. Return back to enjoy a barbecue atmosphere with your friends in the garden or read your favorite book with the glass of champagne in a hot bathtub.

Pleasant and comfortable town house near Amsterdam

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

This superb furnished city ground floor apartment (65 m2) still has his authentic Dutch details from 1890 and is literally next to the historic center, in a few minutes walking distance to the Grote Mark and a short walk to the trainstation. Situated in a quite street, in a very good neighbourhood. By bike 5+ mins to trainstation, by train in 15 mins in Amsterdam. Note: we have a free parking solution, please ask for more details.
