Perfect place for a group of people who want to go for a hike and relax afterwards. The view from the house is beautiful and the house has everything you need.

Tout était parfait, conforme à la description et aux photo. Logement propre et tous ce qu'il faut a disposition ( linge, serviettes, café etc... ) la roulotte est bien séparer du logement des propriétaires, nous avons profité du jacuzzi et du jardin en toute intimité. Le lieu est très calme et apaisant, idéal pour se détendre après une promenade a Annecy.

Philippe a été très accueillant, très sympathique et réactif, de bon conseil et prévenant, et nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec notre fils de 15 mois (le logement s’y prête !) dans ce joli petit mazot ! Les environs sont magnifiques, de belles randos et tout un tas de stations à proximité ! À refaire avec plaisir :)

Alles war perfekt. Die Unterkunft war äusserst bemerkenswert sauber, die Zimmer in einem sehr guten Zustand, das Wohnzimmer wunderschön und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten wirklich eine super Zeit!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft an ruhiger Lage mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick. Gastgeber sind sehr lieb und geben hilfreiche Ausflugstipps. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

4 giorni di relax immersi nella natura. Il soggiorno è stato magnifico. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort, dalla fornitura della cucina e del barbecue ad una sauna interna e una vasca idromassaggio esterna. Gib è stato il perfetto padrone di casa. Ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni dettagliate per il nostro arrivo allo chalet e sempre disponibile a rispondere alle nostre domande. Tutto è stato assolutamente impeccabile. Super consigliato!

This place exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, it felt like the perfect getaway. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing everyone with the comfort and privacy they needed. The amenities were outstanding, and everything was spotless—no detail was overlooked. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore local restaurants, shops, and attractions. For skiers and snowboarders, it’s a dream, with easy access to all the major mountain ranges. What truly made our stay special was the host. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring, ensuring we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this place enough—whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, it’s the perfect choice for anyone visiting the area!

We hebben hier met ons gezin (2dochter van 6 & 8) een heerlijke verblijf gehad. Genoten van de rust en een prachtig uitzicht. De meiden vonden de paarden te gek & we hebben heerlijk genoten van de hottub. Restaurant in het dorpje was heel lekker en de Mont Blanc express is een heel fijn vervoersmiddel. We hebben genoten van onze dagen bij de Fam. Bekker.

Un endroit charmant, entouré de verdure et de vaches, idéal pour se ressourcer. Isabelle, notre hôtesse, est une personne tout à fait accueillante et souriante, qui a su bien nous renseigner. Le seul petit inconvénient de notre séjour a été l'absence de lumière extérieure pour profiter de la terrasse le soir, ou peut-être ne l'avons-nous pas trouvée. Quoi qu'il en soit, cela n’a pas gâché notre très agréable week-end.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La location a une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et est proche de randonnées fabuleuses dont celle amenant au Lac de Taney (lac d'altitude magnifique). La location est très bien organisée et très agréable. C'est un havre de paix. Endroit idéal pour se ressourcer. L'accès au lac Léman est aisée. On est proche de Montreux, Vevey et Lazaux. L'hôte est super, très agréable et convivial. Je recommande cette location :-)

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans ce chalet. Le paysage est tout simplement à couper le souffle, idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter de la nature. Le chalet était impeccablement propre, très cosy et parfaitement équipé pour répondre à tous nos besoins. Fabienne est adorable, toujours disponible et très accueillante. Un véritable havre de paix dans lequel nous espérons revenir très vite! Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour tous ceux qui cherchent à s’évader et vivre une belle expérience pour ces vacances. Encore merci!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end chez Catherine. Le logement est conforme à la description, très propre et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Le jardin est particulièrement agréable, la vue est magnifique et les jeux pour enfants ont été très appréciés par les nôtres. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Excellent séjour dans ce magnifique chalet. Le logement est dans un cadre paisible, tout est décoré avec bon goût. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Le chalet est spacieux, et très propre. Etienne est un hôte réactif, disponible et de bons conseils.

The house is very cute and in a stunning location. It’s quite unique in this part of the world with its tastefully done “beach house” vibe which makes a nice change. The garden is huge and the location is very quiet and right next to lake. The house itself is rustic and surely can be cold depending on weather, but we were lucky. The harbor down the road is a nice little relaxing and sociable place with a few simpler eateries. The communication could have been a little faster and more proactive, but all in all, this is a gem of a place that we thoroughly enjoyed and would love to come back to!

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end chez Marc avec un couple d’ami et leur enfant de 3 ans. Le logement est bien agencé, bien équipé, notamment de tous les produits de premières nécessités (savon, éponges, pastilles lave-vaisselle, gel douche, draps, serviettes, etc). La cheminée avec fourniture du bois a été très agréable pour les soirées fraîches ! Hôte très accueillant et arrangeant ! Nous recommandons Marc et son logement !

Wir ( eine Familie mit 8 Erwachsen und drei Kindern) trafen uns bei Sarah, war kamen aus verschiedenen Ecken in der Schweiz um ein gemeinsames Wochenende zu verbringen. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Sarah hat uns sehr freundlich mit einem Bier für ein Plauderstündchen empfangen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das urchige Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

Great stay in Les Praz. Super short walk to the Flegere lift. The apartment was as described. Fabien was super responsive and proactive and the perfect host. We enjoyed our stay there and would love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Katya's place! Since it’s the house where she lives, it felt very cozy and like a real home. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the train station, making it super easy to visit nearby cities like Montreux and Lausanne. Communication with Katya was very smooth, she was always friendly and helpful. We left already wanting to come back!

We had an amazing stay at the Chalet a la Casa! First off, we had a group of 8 of us staying there and the condo was more than spacious enough for all of us. We loved the wood burning fireplace and outdoor patio (with heat lamps so you can cozy up and enjoy the views). The views! You couldn’t ask for a better view - perfect sight line to the Matterhorn from the kitchen and patio. Since it had just snowed, the kids couldn’t get enough of sledding down the hill right outside the patio. Great location, convenient to many restaurants and buses, and the hot tub wasn’t a nice bonus! We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Very nice apartment with a lovely big living room and large windows. Well equipped, clean and tidy. A short walk to the Argentiere lifts, all important boulangerie and restaurants in the village. Justin was very helpful but not over the top. Recommended.

Saubere, bequeme Wohnung. Sehr gut eingerichtete Küche. Tolle Aussicht und große Terrasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für alles
