A two bedroom and two bathrooms apartment, on the second floor of our house. Fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi internet, tv, parking place and tourist fee are all included in the price. We are located in Gradac, small town in croatian south region Dalmatia. Gradac is best known for its 2km beach. The vicinity of Split, Makarska, Medjugorje, Mostar and Dubrovnik which are all big tourist attractions, then the river Neretva and the Baćina lakes provide a variety of actvities for your holiday.

APARTMAN 2 - ERA (NO PETS!)

Kuća se nalazi odmaknuta od glavne prometnice. Parking je privatni i odmaknut je od kuće oko 50 metara zračne linije. Inače normalnom cestom od parkinga do apartmana je oko 270 metara. Kod dolaska nije moguće doći autom skroz do vile, nego se moguće zaustaviti autom oko 30 metara od vile, izbaciti stvari i odvesti auto na parking. Krasan pogled sa balkona na mjesto i more. Komuniciramo sa gostima na češkom, slovačkom, engleskom i njemačkom jeziku. Nije za goste sa poteškoćama u kretanju!

Lokacija je idealna za istraživanje zanimljivih atrakcija u blizini (Baćinska jezera - 500m, Ušće Neretve -10 km, poluotok Pelješac, otok Mljet National park- 50 km, Split - 100 km, Dubrovnik- 100 km, Međugorje -40 km itd.) Osigurano besplatno parkirno mjesto ispred apartmana. Plaža, kafić i mala trgovina udaljene su 250m od apartmana.

Apartment offers two spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, large modern bathroom, free parking and private lounge area outdoors. NOTE: Both bedrooms have air conditioning, upon request two twin beds can be turned into king size bed by putting mattress topper on. Roller blinds and lights come with a remote. There is no satelite tv, you can use smart tv instead. We are central with only 150 meters from a beach, restaurant,bakery.. -Apartments Spartium Brist-

VILLA BLUE MOON

Is an enchanting modern villa with amazing sea views. The beach is 70 m underneath the villa, you can also choose to spend your time on the terrace with a private pool and everything necessary for a relaxing vacation. One part of the pool is under the villa ,its designed if its raining or its cold that in the all time guests have heated area pool. Since the villa is located on a slope, it is divided into 3 levels. It can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 beautiful bedrooms.

Großes Ferienhaus in Brist an der Makarska Riviera – ideal für Familien oder Gruppen bis zu 10 Personen. Das Haus besteht aus vier separaten Apartments mit eigenem Bad und Klimaanlage. Dadurch hat jede Familie oder jedes Paar ihren eigenen privaten Bereich. Gemeinsame Küche sowie große Terrasse mit Grill und schönem Meerblick laden zum Zusammensitzen ein. Der Strand ist nur etwa 50 Meter entfernt und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze für zwei Autos sind vorhanden.
