Enjoy nearby hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, tubing, kayaking, skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, and exploring Amish country and local wineries. Located on a quiet dirt road, yet close to main travel routes.

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
