Ons kleine grachtenpand ligt op een steenworp afstand van het historische stadhuis, het museum en de Sint-Janskerk, wereldberoemd om zijn glas-in-loodramen. Het aanzicht van het huis dateert uit eind 18e eeuw. En binnen zijn oudere elementen uit de beginperiode (1390) van het huis te zien. Gouda heeft een station en is centraal gelegen tussen Den Haag, Rotterdam, Leiden, Delft en Utrecht. De steden zijn aan te raden voor een dagtrip en goed te bereiken per trein. Ook bent u snel in Amsterdam.

Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Onze ruime studio van circa 43 m² bevindt zich aan de rand van het prachtige stadje Oudewater en midden in het veenweidegebied van het groene hart. De studio is een heerlijke ruimte om een weekend te relaxen en te genieten van de natuur maar ook een fijne plek om langer te verblijven en de omliggende steden te ontdekken. De studio is inclusief 2 fietsen waarmee u in 2 minuten de supermarkt bereikt en in ongeveer 5 minuten in het pittoreske centrum van Oudewater staat met heerlijke restaurants.

In the beautiful polder Alblasserwaard (in between Rotterdam and Utrecht) in a quiet area, a single cottage by the water. Perfectly situated for hiking, cycling and for rest and relaxation. Hi! We are Lars and Erin and we live in beautiful Gouda. Erin is from the USA (Nebraska), and I grew up in Gouda. In 2019 we exchanged the city center for a beautiful house on the outskirts of Gouda. We chose this house because of the beautiful garden, but also because the garage gave us the opportunity to turn it into a cozy guesthouse for you to come and experience Gouda and the Netherlands!
