The apartment is fully equipped: double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room with comfortable chaise longue sofa and tv, dining space inside the apartment and spacious terrace with another dining area and sun chairs. The complex has a big swimming pool and it´s 2 min walk from the ocean, also near the port with water activities, sea promenade etc. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and bus stop right by the apartment

It has a bedroom with a double bed (160*200cm), a living room with air conditioning and ceiling fan (140 cm wide sofa bed for an additional person), a very well-equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment! The living room and bedroom have large glass doors to the terrace.
