A block and half to restaurants and bars, etc. Surfboard/bike-storage friendly private room with free street parking. Please note this is not a studio apartment, so it has no kitchen. It is a room in our home with a private entrance and bathroom.

The apartment opens to our backyard garden, with a patio and bocce court. Two blocks from Golden Gate Park, we are in a safe neighborhood, and are close to main bus lines, museums, great restaurants, and beautiful hikes. The bus stops a block away that goes straight to downtown. The space is located on Lake Street, which is a slow street with few cars - great for walking, hiking, and biking.
