Newly Renovated Galley Kitchen (small, but has all the essentials). located on Island Lake, part of the desired 10 Lake Manitowish Chain. Huge fire pit behind the cabin on the ridge overlooking the lake, pier, and gas grill. Near biking trails, restaurants and shopping. It’s private yet easy to get to right off of Hwy 51. Enjoy beautiful summer sun sets and amazing wild life. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and small families. Weekly rentals only mid June to mid August!

Come stay on our hobby farm with us! We are in a great central location to multiple hiking trails and gorgeous falls. We have had many guests visit the sea caves in Cornucopia, spend the day in Bayfield, or hike the Porcupine Mountains. A short drive to the Porcupine Mountains and directly off the ATV/snowmobile trail that runs through Marenisco.

Lake Superior is about 5 miles to the north, Lake Gogebic is 12 miles to the south. The Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park is 9 miles away along Lake Superior, offering skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, hiking and waterfalls.

The home was purchased and completely renovated and restored from 2016-2020. The original logs have been restored on the interior of the home and many updates have been made. We are sure you will enjoy your stay with us.
