It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boats are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. At a distance of 150m there are 2 beaches on Lake Sunowo, and the area offers forest trails, bicycle and canoe routes.

Ihr wohnt in einem freistehenden Holzhaus separiert vom übrigen Hof. Natur pur. Von der Terasse habt ihr einen großartigen Fernblick auf die hügelige Wiesenlandschaft. Dort genießt Ihr auch die Sonnenuntergänge. Zum Hofbereich sind es 25 m, dort könnt Ihr auch den Wintergarten und die Bar sowie die Seeterasse nutzen. Beheizt wird das Haus mit einem Kaminofen, der durch Luftzüge auch die obere Etage versorgt. Dafür müsst Ihr Euch um die Befeuerung kümmern.
