A spacious apartment and easy to get into when you arrived. It is true that you are on a busy road with noise and the main bedroom the heat going on can be noisy. We were not bothered by either but like they say if you are sensitive to noise it may bother you. It was great having a washer and dryer and they even provided some soap. I would recommend this place if going to Bryce. Zion is about an hour away and we did it the day we left as we were going that direction. Overall a wonderful place.

The place was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was amazing with everything you need within walking distance. The host was responsive when we needed something. Would highly recommended.

This is one of the best airbnb experiences I have ever had. Star’s place is beautiful, newly furnished and newly finished. It was spotless, beautifully decorated and didn’t look cheap like so many other airbnb decor do. You felt like you were in a real home. I booked the airbnb very late notice, after another airbnb didn’t work out, and she approved my rental request within the hour and so we were able to eat lunch and go straight over to the airbnb. What could have been a horrible weekend was saved by Star’s beautiful airbnb experience. A gem of a find! Beautiful area, quiet and just outside of town to feel calm and peaceful, but close enough to drive in to town for meals and errands. Would highly, highly recommend!

Great place. Comfy bed and very clean. Only slight concern is that you can hear all activity upstairs. Would rebook though!

Always a great stay with Terri! We loved her place so much, we made a point to stay here again on our way back west and arranged our travel dates to do so. We felt right at home here, down to the pinecone dishes that match our own at our home. The kitchen had literally everything you would need to prepare your own meals. Being right in the middle of the trees with the fireplace on was heaven! We skied in and out and had a spectacular spring skiing experience at Brian Head! Thanks!

I came with my husband and 2 kids (5 and 7) for an ultramarathon event and to visit Zion again (because it’s always breath-taking every single time). House was perfect! It was clean, family-friendly, relaxing, complete amenities/necessities, and cozy. My son had a comfy working area for his schoolwork in the bedroom. Outdoor patio was relaxing with beautiful view. Driveway has ample space for parking and my family was still able to play basketball! Kitchen has all you need for cooking, fridge with ice maker and water dispenser. Everything was well thought out and visitor-friendly. I’anne and Paul were extra wonderful, friendly, thoughtful, and welcoming. They made sure our check-in was smooth, left us and our kids yummy local treats, and wished me luck very early on my ultra marathon race morning! All these thoughtful gestures without impeding on our privacy. So happy with my decision not to stay in a hotel. Zion Angel’s Nest is highly recommended! Would definitely book again!

The Rock House was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the living room and king bed were comfortable, and it was very quiet. We also liked the in unit washer and dryer. The location was very convenient for us as we departed Zion National Park and then visited Capital Reef.

We had an incredible stay - it was just a short one day visit, but this is one of the best AirBnBs that we have ever been to. The entire place was spotless and fully stocked with everything we could need during the stay. We were greeted with fresh eggs and local chocolates. Perfect location between Bryce Canyon and Zion!

Great spot to hit zion about a 35min drive, about 8min into town. Nice grocery store is close. Hot tub was a hit along with the pool table. Lots of beds and big hang out spots. Grill has permanent gas hookup and was easy to cook burgers. Definitely would stay here again.

The Fortress was a perfect home away from home during our lengthy National Park Roadtrip. We stayed here the longest out of all the places during the two weeks and it was absolutely wonderful. We were able to do quick day trips to Zion & Bryce National Parks, Kolob Canyons and Cedar Breaks. The view from the patio is incredible! The town of Cedar City is nestled right into the beautiful red rock with pretty views everywhere you look and plenty to do. We would definitely stay here again, it was totally worth it.

What a gem of a place! Not only am I a LOTR fan (the books especially), but I felt at home in the layout of the Prancing Pony. Between the spotless space, the kitchen where we easily made our meals, and the comfy couch and bed, I'm wishing I booked the whole week of our vacation there! We visited Zion, Kolob Canyon, & Kanarra Falls. Kolob and Kanarra were within 20 minutes from Tyra's, but Zion's main entrance was closer to an hour. We left her space to stay near Bryce Canyon, but that's only about 90 minutes away, so we could still have stayed there. Now I know! Don't miss out on staying here! It was perfect.

Shannon's place was perfect for our 2-day trip. We walked to River Rock Coffee a few times. Great food, affordable prices, and great views. The house is nicely styled, free of clutter, and very clean. Beds were comfy.

This is a very conveniently located place for anyone who wishes to explore Zion, it’s only 5 minutes to the visitors center. The town is super cozy, and very walkable form the Airbnb. It’s a spacious, clean, and comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again.

My family, friends and I had a great time. We called it our homestead. Our friends joined us for breakfast and dinner and it was such a great time. The house fit our family. We played games and sat by the fire and enjoyed stories. Donna was such a great host. She came to say hi and make sure we didn’t need anything. It was a great place to stay.

We have been to Brian Head, a few times, our first time was during Covid. This was a nice return for us to spend spring break here with our 3 kids, under 12. We were so happily surprised to see that the condo was even more beautiful than expected.... the natural light is beyond breathtaking. We were super lucky and got 9" of snow at the beginning of the trip, but this also affected parking as the unit didn't come with garage access. Luckily, there wasn't anyone in the lower unit and no one else needed the street parking otherwise there would have been issues. The amount of snow piled up from the season seriously hindered available space for parking. We had to message the owner to find a shovel, as we had to dig to get our truck out, lol. She was very responsive, but I had to go out and try to find someone to loan me a shovel. The condo was extremely nice and looked exactly like the photos. The heat worked very well and the kitchen was great. The views from the unit were PHENOMENAL.

Great location across from Giant Steps. The kitchen is well stocked with lot of amenities, but felt little cramped. Could have had more counter space. Appreciated the nice glassware for drinks and pantry full of spices. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms for a full house, double thumbs up for quality toilet paper, not the sand paper that is usually stocked. The building was quiet and relaxing at night. Wife approved and would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It had plenty of room for everyone and has a vibe that makes you feel right at home. Being able to soak in the hot tub after a day of skiing was the best part! Giant Steps is right around the corner if you decide to walk instead of waiting for the shuttle so the location is extremely convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Todd's condo is perfect for a family of 4 or 5. It's a warm and welcoming space that's also very clean. Plus, it's conveniently located right near the ski lift. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning!

Edward and Heather's place was great! Easy access to Brian Head resort navajo lodge. Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids was very comfortable with all the space and we loved having all the amenities. The indoor pool was empty after a day of snowboarding and my kids were very happy with the heated pool and hot tubs. I didn't plan on doing any laundry during our stay but it was so convenient, I couldn't resist! LOL I ran a small load including all the swim clothes and got them clean, dry, and ready for our next destination. I will definitely stay here again when we visit Brian head. Thank you!

Five stars all around. We had everything we needed and more. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom amenities, comfy beds and blankets, games, two bathrooms, and a very cozy space. Jeff was professional and friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Will definitely try to stay here again the next time we visit Brian Head.
