Gioiosa Marea: aluguel por temporada em vila

This is the most beautiful villa: well maintained, wonderful hosts, fully stocked with most everything you would need. The location is very good for exploring this part of the island and the views of the sea on one side, and Etna on the other is really remarkable. The hot tub and pool are amazing and the space is very well organized with large rooms and plenty of common areas.

A beautiful villa with old-world charm yet modern feeling. Amazing views of both the ocean and Etna. Well maintained gardens and grounds, with a lovely pool and sitting area. Pino and Viviana were always quick to respond and helpful. Truly a special place

We loved our stay. It is in the middle of nature, very quiet and with an incredible view. Paolo was very sweet and helpful and shard a lot of information about the area and what to explore including recommendations for restaurants. I would recommend it a 100%.

La villa est magnifique et encore plus belle que sur les photos. Très grande, des espaces pour l'intimité de chacun (nous etions 3 couples et 1 adulte solo + 4 ados), une belle piscine, bien equipée. Maria Louisa et Carlo sont très proactifs, toujours à l'écoute et disponibles. La villa est au calme, à 10 minutes a pieds de la plage de sable noir et 20 minutes du port. Carlo nous a récupéré et nous a aidé à descendre les valises. Vulcano est très agreable et préservée.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique entre amis dans la villa de Mariagrazia. La vue est indescriptible. Mariagrazia est très disponible, accueillante et donne d innombrables contacts! Nous avons profité de la partie commune avec le four à Pizza. C'était une soirée inoubliable. Merci également à Aaron pour son aide. L accès n est pas difficile mais est très pentu et il faut quand même être en forme pour accéder à la villa ainsi qu' à la plage.

Martina was great to deal with, extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment is in a peaceful and scenic location with fabulous views. The beds are very comfortable but the bunks are rather narrow and the top one is high. The kitchen is decently equipped although we struggled a bit with the stove top coffee maker. The living room has plenty of seating. The terrace is lovely and spacious with good seating to admire the view. The stairs: Yes, long-ish and steep-ish but I’m 78 and had no problem. Martina provides a very honest and comprehensive description of the location and local interests. Definitely would recommend to friends.

This home just outside Cefalù was just amazing- many things to do at the property at the beach nearby and also a short drive from the Cefalu town center / beach

We have been very satisfied with our stay in the house. The host gave us a warm welcome and was very informative. From the pool area, we could see and enjoy the top of Mount Etna erupting. The house has 3 floors with stairs and plenty of space both inside and outside. With a car, it is easy to get around to both the beach and shopping areas. There was a slight power shortage when the air conditioning was running, but other than that, everything was perfect.

We had the most lovely stay! The place is truly charming and you get the feeling of living in a Sicilian luxury home near a small charming town. The hosts, Giuseppe and Giulia, are warm and caring and highly service minded. They go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant, and to ensure that you see all the gems the area have to offer. We were welcomed at the villa with plates of local specialities and they even delivered desserts some nights. They picked us up at the train station when we arrived and arranged car hire. So, you’ll be in very good hands if you choose to stay here! The villa is nothing short of spectacular! Amazing view from the balcony, olive and citrus fruit trees in the back garden and a well equiped kitchen. It is nice clean and it is evident that Giuseppe and Giulia take great care of the place. In short: we highly recommend this place if you want laid back vacation with all that you need, local sicilian atmosphere and a heartwarming service.

Rositas hus er virkelig behageligt at bo i. Vi blev mødt af husets manager og en tolk, som fulgte os op til huset, og viste os rundt. Der var endda tilberedt en madret til os, idet vi ankom lidt sent på dagen. Huset har et stort og dejligt køkken, en god udendørs swimmingpool og i det hele taget er der alle de faciliteter man kan ønske sig. Vores familie nød opholdet i fulde drag.

La maison de Daniela a une vue magnifique, c’est un endroit parfait pour une parenthèse hors du temps. Nous étions 3 famille avec ados , la disposition des chambres permet à chacun d’avoir son indépendance. La maison est très isolée et l’accès pas simple ( toute petite route sur la fin) mais nous étions prévenus. Possibilité de louer une petite voiture à l’arrivée au port pour ne pas dépendre des taxis. Très bel emplacement avec magnifique vue et au calme. Maison fonctionnelle ,confortable et très bien équipée avec belle piscine. Hôte et son concierge accueillants et très réactifs. Il s agit d une maison avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain et de deux appartements distincts avec chacun une grande chambre et une salle de bain. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et avons pu profiter des excursions proches de Taormine,l Etna et Syracuse.

Tutto perfetto. Terrazzo e zona pranzo con vista mozzafiato su Vulcano, spiaggia a 5/10 minuti di passeggiata, ventilatori in ogni stanza e cucina attrezzatissima. Super!

Wir haben als Gruppe von Freunden hier einen 10-tägigen Urlaub verbracht. Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir überwältigt von der Schönheit von Anwesen und Umgebung: Im wunderschönen Zitronenhain gelegen mit Blick auf die Hänge des Ätna und auf‘s Meer. Besser geht‘s nicht! Langeweile kam nie auf, die Gegend bietet super viel! Ein Auto ist allerdings wichtig. Auch auf dem Grundstück gab‘s immer was zu tun: wunderschöner Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Kicker, Fußball oder in der tollen Küche kochen… und immer frische Zitronen. Maria Gulia und Angelo sind super freundlich und halfen uns oft mit Tipps und schnellen Antworten weiter. Die Villa ist eine absolute Empfehlung!!

My family and friends had a simply wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. We chose it because it was a little further off the beaten path and more “authentic old Italian villa” feeling than other places in Sicily. And it delivered exactly the experience we were looking for and more. The villa itself was spacious and yet adorable. Huge old and beautiful windows and doors to bring the outside in. Had everything we needed. The views and outdoor space around the villa were also so lovely and enjoyable. Beautiful little olive orchard. Terraces and outdoor entertaining spaces galore. The game room and pool were awesome for our kids. The pool is unheated, but warm enough to use mid April. But the best part about this villa was the experiences Rosario coordinated for us. We had 2 nights where a chef came over to cook us dinner. The chef turned out to be the neighbor, who cooked the most delicious Sicilian meals we’ve had. She also arranged a visit to a farm and limoncello maker. Amazing!

Casa Grande lives up to its photos in real life - not always true these days - it is a beautiful old home. A caretaker is nearby for questions.The property is lovely and full of olive, lemon and orange trees, delightful co-habitants of chickens, turkeys and mules that are maybe half a mile away from the house. The view of Torrenova and the sea is beautiful. The swimming pool is well-maintained. The air temperature was barely in the 70s F but the hardiest of us did swim. There are many verandas and patios-we were hard-pressed to enjoy them all in 2 weeks! It is conveniently located about the same distance from both Palermo or Catania - some of us came and went from each. We were a group of 8 family members and it worked well for us. Any questions were addressed quickly. Daily housekeeping (not Sundays or holidays) was nice - breakfast provided and minimal cleaning. Staff was friendly. We spoke Italian so not sure how English or other languages would be handled.

Sergio’s villa was the most beautiful place that we have ever stayed. Olive and citrus trees right in the yard and pristine views of Mount Etna. Restaurants, coffee, shops, and pharmacies were all within short walks from the home. I would stay again in a heartbeat, if Sergio would have us.

Antonino’s house is the perfect base from which to explore this exceptionally beautiful part of Sicily. Taormina, Mount Etna and Savoca are all a short drive away. You can escape back from the tourist spots to this Oasis with picture postcard views and every amenity you could ask for. Antonino is a gracious host with a love for growing fruit and vegetables in his garden under the villa and sharing this produce with his guests. We were treated to home made limoncello, olive oil, passion fruit and mandarins, as well as one of his renowned barbecues which included some of the most delicious swordfish and mussels I have eaten. Santa Teresa de Riva is a pretty Sicilian seaside town with multiple cafes and restaurants where you can rub shoulders with the locals and try the specialties of the region. You will experience a far more authentic Sicily here than in the neighbouring tourist Mecca of Taormina. I highly recommend a stay at Antonino’s house. It was everything we could have hoped for

We had a lovely stay at Villa Ambra. As others have mentioned in previous reviews, the place looks better than in the pictures. It was clean and had a very nice outdoor area with a pool, sunbeds, dining area, grill and table tennis. We had to check in very late, but that was no problem which was very nice. We would also like to recommend the taxi driver Carmelo and his son Luca, recommended by the host of the villa (his card is in the villa). Carmelo was like our private guide every time we needed to go somewhere and told us a lot about the history of Naxos, Taormina and Castelmola. On the final day he took us to Siracusa for a day trip, which we highly recommend!

A great home away from home for the Christmas Holiday. The kitchen was amazing and allowed for us to make all our traditional Christmas dishes. Furthermore, the living room was cozy. The couch was perfect and allowed multiple people to curl up and watch Christmas movies. Additionally, the gaming room provided much needed space for board games, karaoke, puzzles, and reading. The house was immaculate, and our host was absolutely wonderful. We showed up late the first evening and our host made traditional Sicilian delicacies for us to eat. The arancini were delicious. I would 100% come back, especially in the summer so I can enjoy their beautiful pool. 100% recommend.

la dimora (non si può chiamare semplicemente casa) è non solo rispondente alle foto pubblicate sul sito ma ancora più bella. per chi come me è innamorata di altre isole (Stromboli e Filicudi) la posizione, impareggiabile è stata il vero valore aggiunto insieme agli esterni e anche agli arredamenti, estremamente funzionali.

Was für ein wunderbarer Urlaub! Wir waren zu dritt in dieser schönen Villa. Und haben es nicht bereut! Die Umgebung und das Haus selbst sind traumhaft. Man ist ganz privat für sich. Wir wurden unglaublich freundlich empfangen und die Kommunikation war während des gesamten Aufenthalts reibungslos und schnell. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr gehoben ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der tolle Pool wurde regelmäßig gesäubert. Man hat auf dem gesamten Gelände sehr viel Platz und ist ganz privat für sich. Egal ob in der Hängematte, in einer der Poolliegen, im gemütlichen Sessel oder am großen Outdoor-Tisch, überall gab es viele Gelegenheiten, den Außenbereich zu nutzen. Alle Zimmer des Hauses sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche hält alles vor, was man benötigt. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir sogar Lebensmittel für uns vor! Wir bedanken uns sehr für diese tolle Zeit in diesem besonderen Haus.

We had a very nice visit at Francesco’s cabin. Even though the weather was cold and rainy most of the time we enjoyed the view and walked to the local town for a coffee and ice cream. The road to the house is very narrow and steep, would have been nice with a heads up. But you get used to it. The floor heating by worked great, since we visited during spring and therefore cold weather we missed an inside seating area where you could hang out, that wasn’t the dining room chairs. Perfect place for warm weather and outdoor cooking. Would definitely recommend!

Wauw, wat een plek! Terre di Bea is werkelijk een supermooie locatie met een fantastisch uitzicht vanaf de verschillende terrassen rondom het huis en bij het zwembad. De plung pool was perfect om even heerlijk af te koelen na een wandeling, en de buitenkeuken maakte het extra leuk om samen de lekkerste ontbijtjes, lunches en diners te bereiden. Wij zijn een gezin van 5 (met kinderen van 4, 7 en 9 jaar) en hebben ons hier enorm vermaakt. Luie ochtendjes aan het zwembad wisselden we af met actieve uitstapjes naar Cefalù en de omgeving – met fijne strandjes, gezellige restaurantjes en sfeervolle middeleeuwse straatjes om doorheen te slenteren. Ons verblijf bij Terre di Bea was echt het hoogtepunt van de vakantie. Dankjewel Antonio voor alles!
