Located on a 2 acre peninsula on Pine Island, this 450 sf treehouse is surrounded by 1400 feet of Cross Lake. Beautiful open water and cypress tree views epitomize Louisiana lake living. The treehouse has an open concept living area with a queen bed, claw foot tub and equipped kitchenette, with countertop oven/toaster, microwave, coffee pot, electric skillet, refrigerator and sink. It accommodates two adults, no children or pets. Two night minimum stay, no exceptions.

Welcome to South Bossier! This home is located 2 miles from Barksdale AFB & 20 min. to Shreveport Regional Airport. Perfect for a staycation, business trip, or cozy home-base while exploring the area. You’ll love the easy access to Brookshire’s Arena (1.5 miles), park, bike & walking trail along the Red River, restaurants, shopping & much more! Outside, enjoy the hot tub with lounge area & hanging lights that create a relaxing night atmosphere!

The Blue House on Cross Lake

This cottage was built circa 1926 on Cross Lake as the home for Lonnie Erwin who owned a catfish restaurant next to his home. Back in the day it was popular to drive up from Shreveport if they caught enough catfish to serve. The restaurant closed in the mid 1940s and it and the cottage fell into disrepair. We renovated the cottage and restaurant (also on Airbnb as The Red House on Cross Lake) and brought them up to date.
