BREEZE guests may reserve the wood fired cedar hot tub and the sauna, which are close by and private, at an additional charge. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

Welcome to Dancing Pines Cottage! We are located across from West Harbor Pond with beautiful water views in each room. Relax on the deck or bbq on the patio or take a short drive into charming Boothbay Harbor town for lobster rolls. We have three bedrooms and a den/office and 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. The house is private and has ample parking. One week rentals for June, July, and August (Saturday-Saturday). Starting January 2025 we will no longer allow pets.

This is our family camp, with our own books, games, and “vibe”. It is not a hotel, and some things may not be “industry standard”. This authentic, luxury treehouse was designed by B'Fer Roth, DIY Network TV host of The Treehouse Guys and built by the Treehouse Guys. Nestled in the woods on a quiet, private rd with no neighbors in sight, the treehouse is just 15 minutes to Sunday River Ski Resort, 5 minutes to Mt. Abram and 10 minutes to downtown Bethel. The treehouse is abutted by 626 acres of Bucks Ledge Community Forest (7 miles of hiking/snowshoeing trails accessible from the treehouse).
