Satenik was the definition of a superhost. She was incredibly friendly, always willing to help, and attentive to any request. Her place is beyond amazing—it looks even better in person than in the pictures. It’s the perfect getaway from city noise, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The 360-degree view of the surrounding mountains and trees is breathtaking, and there are great hiking opportunities to enjoy the fresh air. Satenik also treated us to delicious homemade dishes, which made our stay even more special. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this place!

I recently stayed at this wonderful apartment, I had an amazing experience. The location is fantastic, everything you need is around you. I stayed for 2 days, and the apartment was impeccably clean. The host provided ample amenities and a fully equipped kitchen, which made my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. It was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to returning again!

Прекрасные апартаменты, прекрасный дом, мы прожили уже несколько месяцев и очень рады возвращаться домой после прогулок! У нас не было вообще никаких проблем. Поверьте в апартаментах есть все для комфортного проживания и удаленной работы. Лиана с заботой относиться к гостям и квартире. Если мы будем приезжать в Ереван, хотели бы останавливаться именно в этих аппаратаментах💜

Everything went perfectly smooth, from the check in to checking out. The apartment in beautiful, clean and spacious. Kitchen contains everything what you need. Linen is very clean and the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever experienced. Be advised that the apartment is located on the fourth floor without elevator but it doesn’t feel hard. And also noise from the avenue may be disturbing sometimes, but those from big cities may feel at home:) Overall, very convenient location, near all the major points of interest, supermarket 5min walk down the street. We had a great stay at Michael's / Hotelise's place. It was very central and easy to find. They gave very clear instructions how to enter the apartment. We had everything for a group of 4 - very nice that every room had its own bathroom! A couple of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, the next supermarket was a 10 min walk. We would book it again.

Amaizing aparments, very close to all places in the city center. 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, 2 WC. Self check-in/check-out was smooth, Jeff was in touch for all questions. I definitely recommend this appartment. We were very satisfied with our accommodation
