Such a beautiful homely space! Was so cosy and a beautiful lay out! Could enjoy the deck even when it rained. Only thing in would’ve loved to know no heating/air con/fans in the bedroom but was really fantastic

This place actually looks even better than the photos! Spotlessly clean and exactly as described. All amenities at your disposal, fabulous kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Super dog friendly and a lovely touch having dog treats on arrival. The hosts are incredibly easy to deal with and very responsive. Will absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend to others.

Great stay! Very relaxing and calming atmosphere at the home. Easy drive to the main strip (a bit far to walk with kids). Lovely dog beach at the end of the road. Home is very comfortable with a lovely vibe. The front garden gets great sun all day. We were very happy and left rejuvenated!

Tahlia was a fantastic host—super friendly and quick to respond. The house is dog-friendly, and our Frenchie, Boba, absolutely loved the spacious backyard where she could run around freely. The place had all the amenities we needed, making it easy to whip up quick meals and feel right at home. It's also in a great location, just a short drive from the hot springs. We highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Mornington!

The property was exactly what we expected and more. All rooms are a generous size with clean and comfy beds. The upstairs Living / Dining catered for all guests with beautiful views from the upstairs balcony. We all loved the heated plunge pool, easy access from the house and the outdoor shower was a bonus. Host answered all our questions promptly and made our stay a wonderful experience.

Lovely spot - lots of light and tree views, cozy fireplace, wood ceilings, amazing outdoor spaces to sit, and a cabin type feel overall. It is a bit rustic in terms of upkeep, but that mostly works with the cabin vibe. Can hear the ocean and feel the wind, very natural feeling place. Quick walk to the bluffs on the steep part of Rye back beach.

We had a great stay! Leonie was fantastic to deal with and check in / out was a breeze. The house had plenty of activities and games to keep the little ones occupied. Kitchen and living were well stocked with the basics and kids cutlery & plates made everything so easy. Location wise was great. It’s in a nice quiet pocket, but only a 1 min drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend and it was a great holiday experience for our young family.

Jims unit is in a fabulous location, and as it is at the rear of the block there is no High St Road noise. It was fantastic to be so close to Moby cafe and a short walk to the Gardner Hotel. The space was full of light, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is large and well equiped with washing machine and dishwasher There is a small spiral stair case to get up to the apartment with 25 stairs, this was no issue for us as we had small suitcases. Thanks Jim for leaving a delicious baguette which when toasted was sensational, particularly with the fancy butter and jam you also provided. We had a fantastic stay, and would book the unit again.

Jo's lodging is a fantastic art deco apartment with loads of charm, heritage and has a cosy living space. The apartment building is easy to find, is in a superb location with plenty of public transport options, restaurants and great proximity to bustling social hubs like Melbourne CBD, Richmond and Fitzroy. Jo was superb with communication, offered a great deal of flexibility with the check in/out times and checked in on us regularly to ensure we were having a great stay. The next time we're in Melbourne we will definitely be staying with Jo again. Thanks for everything!

Jeff & Melinda’s apartment was one of the best we’ve stayed at in Melbourne. They were very proactive with their communication, the apartment was clean, beautifully styled and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They even included a few extras, such as a bottle of wine and some chocolates for the kids! Our children loved the addition of a few games and of course the swimming pool and spa was a highlight. The view from the apartment is brilliant and the trams just outside make travelling around easy. We’ll definitely be back!

Michelle thoroughly deserves her 5 star rating. The apartment is beautifully appointed with lovely furnishings and great attention to detail. The balcony was awesome - lovely to relax on amongst the trees. Location was excellent- easy to walk everywhere and close to public transport, restaurants and gardens. Can’t recommend highly enough

Peter was an amazing host from start to finish. He was extremely responsive any time we had a question, he replied almost instantly with helpful and clear answers. It really made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. He offered us a late checkout, which was greatly appreciated! The apartment itself great, the view of the city from the windows was stunning. Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality. Polperro’s villas are so beautiful with incredible views of the vineyards. Loved the wine selection, they all were fantastic. The villa had all the amenities, wine selection, chocolates, mini bar, breakfast options. Inside was supper clean, spacious, too warm to use the fireplace but would have been nice. Sit on the deck with a glass of wine and admire the view. It was so peaceful.

Helen's place was just what we needed — somewhere rustic surrounded by bush, but with all the amenities you could hope for, and in a great location with a quick and easy drive into town or the beach. Instructions were clear and all our questions were answered promptly. We'll definitely be back!
