The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Composé d’un petit salon, d'un coin nuit séparé par des rideaux japonais, d'une cuisine équipée et d'une salle de bain/WC, il est très lumineux grace a ses grandes fenêtres et conserve sa fraicheur en été avec ses murs en pierre bordelaises.
