We were very happy with our stay at Mary and Willie’s place. It was comfortable, clean, had plenty of space, was close to shops and restaurants and had convenient access to downtown Nashville. Mary was always very quick to respond and we felt very welcome and taken care of. We highly recommend!!

This location was perfect for our group, we had plenty of room to spread out, and it was super close to shops and restaurants!! And Dennis was quick to respond if we had questions about anything.

This Airbnb was a great find. Beautifully decorated updated furnishings and very clean. Host is very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again when in town.

Absolutely loved our stay. John communicated so well with us and made sure we were accommodated upon check in. The house was clean and had everything and more we needed. It’s a perfect location for just about anything you want to do! 13 of us stayed (all women) and we had more than enough room. We will be using him again for future trips!

This home was absolutely amazing and beautiful!!!! We had such a great time! Sooo beautiful and not to far of an Uber ride to downtown. We wished we had more time there to enjoy the house more. The beds were soooo comfortable & the water pressure in the showers were great as well. Rose is sooo sweet and responsive when we messaged her. She made us feel so welcomed! We are already talking about going back to Nashville and when we do this is where we will want to stay!

Alyssa was great with communication and clear on instructions. Our dog loved the backyard! Great location easy to get downtown and plenty to do in east Nashville!

Two of the most peaceful and graceful people walking this Earth. I was blessed to have stayed at this location, for it provided more peace and love than I expected. For that, I AM truly grateful. Had a great weekend in Nashville. Had a slight hiccup with our reservation, however, Placemakr called ahead of time and was proactive on giving us a resolution. Customer service was top notch! Our rooms were amazing! View was beautiful and broadway was 2 blocks away. Perfect location, would highly recommend Placemakr for a to-go place to stay in Nashville. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay in Nashville! Anthony’s apartment was exactly as advertised!! Extremely comfortable and felt like home!! The grounds are well kept and safe. Great location short Uber to broadway. We are walkers so we didn’t mind the mile trek to Whole Foods to stock up for the weekend. Lots of browsing while walking. Would totally recommend and would definitely stay again! Thanks for the memories!

Greg’s place was lovely and so peaceful. We didn’t feel like we were in the city, but so many things are right around the corner. It is a lovely home and the location is amazing. The neighborhood is so nice and the locals are very friendly. All in all one of the best stays I have had on Air Bnb.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Very easy instructions. Condo was clean, quiet and only mins from Broadway and The Gulch. Pleasantly surprised to see a few small other amenities that aren’t normally seen with other rentals (i.e a sound machine and portable fan). Thanks for a great stay!

The location was down the street from my daughters house and close to restaurants. We felt safe to walk in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet for it being close to a busy road. The house had everything you could need. Plenty of linens and towels. The house was clean. The furniture was not very comfortable but the beds were. We were there only at night time anyway. Deidre was quick to respond in communication and gave thorough directions. We will definitely stay again when we visit!

My wife and I travel a lot. Stay in Airbnb's probably 1 to 2 a month. I highly recommend this one if you are in the Nashville Area. You are close to downtown and things to do. We enjoy the cozy home vibe, and this one made it feel like home to us. Beds are very comfortable!! The host was very sweet, easy to contact, helped with any questions we had. If you are like us and stay in these a lot, there are many things you worry about, but this one didn't have any of those issues. It even has a nice little back yard with things for kids to do. All in all, my wife and I have it marked as our go too if we come back to Nashville. This is one of the better ones we have stayed in. Felt like home away from home!!

"La Cabana" is a very unique cabin setting. We are animal lovers and felt great amongst the farm animals. The hosts are undoubtedly the most friendliest people on this planet. Grace is so fun to spend time with. Peacock (Ginger) and peahens that roam around without any human fear is such a delightful sight. My wife and daughter fell in love with this cute 5 weeks only pony "Timber". The entire cabin has very distinctive paintings done by Grace. Kitchen is well equipped with pans and silverwares. There were fresh farm eggs in kitchen when we checked-in. Had fun understanding new board games that were available. Our daughter enjoyed playing the Tongue drums. The deck is huge with lots of furniture. The bedrooms are cozy with tons of lines available for guests. We opted for a one painting session and Grace is a skilled artists. It felt great to learn few tip and tricks from her at her studio. Studio attic is so impressive. Marty and Grace are an amazing hosts. Loved our stay!!

What a lovely stay we had at Bill and Judy's! Everything you could want and more! Comfortable beds, ample amenities for our needs, and kind and friendly hosts. We were not there more than to shower and sleep as we had a busy schedule in the city - but how amazing it was to come home to this beautiful and comfortable space and get a great, quiet night of sleep. So peaceful and such a beautiful setting. You can tell that lots of effort was put into anticipating guests needs, which was so thoughtful and appreciated. Definitely a top Airbnb stay for us! The bed: one of the comfiest beds/mattresses I’ve ever had the pleasure of sleeping on. Very plush. Like a cloud. Location: phenomenal. Easy walking distance to some bars and restaurants. Safe enough to walk to late at night. Decor/amenities: meh. You’re not staying here for the decor or the amenities. Just a good nights rest convenient to whatever you’ve come to Nashville to experience. 10/10 value. Would stay here again.

Mary was an amazing host. She thought of everything we could have possibly needed for our stay, especially with our dog. She left cute notes to help us find the appropriate linens for the furniture for the dog. She had a list of numerous recommendations for every section of Nashville. We absolutely loved our stay!!!

Absolutely perfect place to stay with easy access to Nashville hotspots while being away from the crowds. Easy to find with a peaceful, lovely backyard space. The interior is adorable and immaculate, perfectly stocked with attention to detail, I had absolutely anything I could need. Really grateful to have such accommodating and caring hosts.
