La casa è situata sulla costa est dell'isola, nella splendida baia di Kipiadi, a trenta metri dal mare cui si arriva con una discesa diretta. Ideale per le famiglie, anche con figli piccoli, dispone di spazi esterni da cui godere uno suggestivo panorama sul Mar Ionio e sull'Epiro. Il paese più vicino è Longòs, raggiungibile in auto in 5 minuti, dove poter apprezzare ottimo cibo locale in taverne affacciate sul porticciolo e il miglior pane dell'isola.
