As soon as we arrived we felt right at home. The house is spotless, tastefully decorated and felt cosy and warm. We slept well on the luxurious sheets and enjoyed the little details.

A place is good, it has everything for a comfortable stay. Location is remote but with a car there is no issues to get wherever you want to. Margaret is very friendly, helpful and attentive. She is going an extra mile to make her guests happy. Thanks very much, Margaret, we appreciated a late check out.

A unique experience , Scott’s place is a wonderful peaceful getaway , surrounded by trees within a very short stroll to the beach . The floor to ceiling windows really make you feel like your emersed in the natural environment . The contemporary design , well stocked kitchen and facilities in general make for a very comfortable stay . The fabulous beach and easy reach of the Freycinet peninsula make this an ideal place to explore Tasmania’s incredible east coast . Watch the sunrise over the freycinet peaks then go for a morning dip , it doesn’t get much better .

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand with incredible ocean views and stunning surroundings. Super comfortable beds and a great outdoor space made it feel like a true home away from home. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and check-in was a breeze. This house looks like something out of Grand Designs! It is so spacious and beautiful. The bench seat has the most perfect view of all the trees and the sea! I would highly recommend this place particularly for larger gatherings as it is so huge with plenty of storage and entertainment for children.

Loved Josh’s house! So close to the beach. Very clean and lots of little extras like bream creek milk, local honey, sourdough bread! …Perfect for a family holiday with friends having their own bungalow. We will book our next long weekend soon!

Narelle' Swansea Seaside Shack was absolutely fantastic. The yard was private and immaculately kept. The inside undercover BBQ was a great idea as well as the fire pit for some chill out time outside. Narelle was so friendly to deal with. We will definitely be coming back. The TV reception is excellent and high quality. Being able to access our own Netflix & Foxtel was also a bonus. A great location for meeting up with family and entertaining.

Wonderful stay, the property and grounds are amazing!! Hosts were super responsive and so helpful with my questions. They even helped connect us to some local services (ie babysitter and taxi). The industrial / farmhouse design was lovely. We were two couples with two small bubs. The only thing I’d call out for anyone travelling with children is the two ensuites open out to the rooms so hard to use the bathroom once your little one goes to sleep. Also need to bring blockout blinds as the en-suite windows don’t have blinds.
