Villa-Roux is a spacious (70 square meters + balcony) self catering garden cottage on two levels. It is totally private and separate from the main house, but on the same plot. It is fully equipped for 4 people, ideal for a relaxing holiday and within a 15 to 20 min walking distance of the town centre with its many quaint little shops and cafes. The surrounding activities offered as diverse as wine tasting and gastronomical experenses,numerous art galeries, horse riding and mountain hiking.

You’ll love my place because of the sea view, its tranquility, the garden, and its central location close to Cape Town Airport and the Winelands. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. My place is very good for couples as well as solo adventurers and - if you don’t mind sharing one open space with everyone - even for small families (with kids).

It is situated on the way to Jonkershoek Nature Reserve, close to wine farms and Stellenbosch Central. A small shopping centre is 300m away and is open daily from 7am to 7pm. Plenty of wine estates for tasting /meals (Lourensford & Vergelegen only 5 minutes away). Many hiking trails & MTB trails within walking/cycling distance. My place is good for couples , adventurers, business travelers.

You will have privacy on the covered stoop as you relax looking at the garden enjoying a meal and a glass of wine. A separate entrance to our cottage allows you to come and go as you please. The tiny 22 square meters is stylish and quaint with its own entrance and off street parking for one vehicle. It is completely private and guests are welcome to come and go at leisure.
