This beautiful lake home is located in Lavonia, GA on excellent water. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat with fun in the sun this is the place for you. This home comes complete with a 2 slip boat dock with a large swim platform. There is plenty of room to park several cars in the drive plus ample space to park a boat trailer. The three story home has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Our home will easily sleep 17 and is perfect for a large family. Perfect for Clemson and UGA football weekends.
