This large 14X20 room plus bathroom is for non-smoking guests. Windows with wooded views and a private entrance. Also a queen size Tempur-pedic mattress, WiFi, microwave oven (behind a cabinet door), electric tea kettle, toaster oven, Keurig, refrigerator, hot plate, bar sink, large TV (with over 250 channels), DVD player, and off street parking. Nothing high-end here (except the mattress) but very comfy, clean, and private. Also the bathroom has it's own on-demand water heater (not shared).

Besides being comfortable, clean, and well appointed, our sunny, two bedroom home is in the heart of Ferndale. It is a minute's walk to the town's fantastic restaurants, bars, grocery store, shops, the park, and even bocce courts! Beautiful and wild Centerville Beach is a scenic five mile drive away. The Red Barn Cottage is located within walking distance of the Victorian village of Ferndale. The Cottage is a charming, separate studio with a private entrance, gated patio, full kitchen and bathroom. A small to medium size dog is allowed but with our approval and an additional nonrefundable pet fee.
