If you are into major shopping, Turkey Creek is only 8.4 miles away. 3 1/2 miles away is the Univ. of TN Arboretum. There you will find unique plants and trails.

The restoration kept the original charm of the bungalow cottage, but added fun and modern conveniences with charm. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The stairs within the house are steep and best suited for able bodied individuals. Located between downtown Knoxville and TYS airport, <20 mins from each.
