The Green House on Remington is a cozy turn-of-the-century house with new modern comforts and a convenient place to stay in Old Town. Easy walking to CSU campus, also to the downtown area with its variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The house has a spacious backyard and patio. Our recently remodeled home is a perfect getaway for all. The house is a duplex, with two working professionals living in the basement. They have their own separate entrance and do not share any spaces with you.

The bungalow is one block from Colorado State University and steps from wonderful restaurants, bars, coffeeshops, plus just a short walk to Old Town so the location has something for everyone. We are a fun loving couple that has lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years and want to share our space along with all the best Fort Collins has to offer. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Walkable to everything you need. CSU's campus is only 2 blocks away and you can walk to Old Town Fort Collins in ten short minutes.
