This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

This gorgeously quirky place is a fully equipped home-away-from-home with lovely vintage furniture, a large pine table in the shaker-style kitchen, a big downstairs bathroom, a spacious bedroom with picture window, and a pretty side and front cottage garden. There is a private parking space across the road.

All balconies have seating to allow you to relax and read a book or have your morning cuppa. Whichever way you walk you will find tasty restaurants and cute coffee bars within minutes. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

Whilst sitting on the decking you overlook the resort fishing lake and are within easy reach of the entertainment complex which provides food,a bar, mini golf, arcade, kids club, swimming pool. Open in season March - Oct. This area is a real hidden gem, somewhere to come and unwind. We love the calm relaxing atmosphere
