Salzburg is just an hour away, Vienna and Munich close enough for a day trip. The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

Knusperhäuschen in der Natur, Nähe Salzburg

Das Knusperhäuschen liegt auf 700 Meter mit Blick über das Salzachtal, ca. 5 km von Golling, 25 km von Salzburg entfernt. Eingebettet in die Natur, in wunderschöner Landschaft. Ein kleines B&B ist nebenan. Du wirst die Unterkunft lieben wegen der gesunden Holzbauweise, dem Kachelofen, der ruhigen Lage, Terrasse, einem phantastischen Ausblick. Meine Unterkunft ist ideal für Paare und Gäste, die mit ihren Haustieren verreisen. Es gibt in der Nähe viele Wandermöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten.

The apartment house with 2 apartments with balcony and sun terrace is located in the immediate vicinity of the town and the lift with a view of the mountains and the World Cup ski slope. The ski bus and post bus stop is right in front of the house. A park with a children's playground is right behind the house, opposite the Enns. There are enough parking spaces right in front of the house. One pet is allowed for an additional charge. Heated ski room, infrared sauna, playroom. Laundry service.

Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig und zentral gelegen, verfügt über einen Balkon und einen eigenen Kamin. Die vollausgestattete Küche lädt zum gemütlichen kochen ein und die zentrale Lage ermöglicht es Ihnen, bequem die lokalen Restaurants, Cafés und Supermärkte zu erreichen. Ebenso haben sie schnellen und einfachen Zugang zu den umliegenden Ski- oder Wandergebieten. Sie können den hauseigenen Skiraum nutzen, um ihre Ski und Skischuhe zu verstauen. Das Auto kann direkt am Grundstück geparkt werden.

The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).
