A beautiful late 16th century thatched cottage located in the desirable village of Kingham. A two minute walk from The Wild Rabbit Pub and The Kingham Plough. Plenty of free parking just opposite the cottage. There is also a very handy village shop close by. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.
