The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Huikea merinäkymä panoraamaikkunoista ja poreallas meren yllä, 150m2 terassilla. Omaa rantaa yli 100 m ja ympärillä Saaristomeren kirkasta vettä. Keittiö ja kylpyhuoneet ovat erittäin korkeatasoiset ja näyttävät. Autolla pääsee pihaan ja latauspisteellä lataat sähköauton. Losseja kulkee koko ajan ympäri vuorokauden. Talo sijaitsee Pornaisissa. Etäisyydet lähialueen kaupunkeihin ovat hyvät; Helsinkiin omalla autolla 47 km Porvooseen 22 km. Talo sijaitsee luonnonkauniilla paikalla, Lähdeahon Luomutilalla. Talossa voi hyvin majoittua perheet ja pariskunnat tai yksin matkustavat. Talossa voi viettää aikaa myös kaveriporukalla. Hinnoittelussa on huomiotu koko talon käyttö. Jos majoittuvia on vain esim 2-3 hlöä ja majoitusaika on esim vkloppu tai 1-2 yötä niin hinta on edullisempi. Tarkista hinta viestillä.

Relaxation and peace in the middle of nature in a brand-new high-class villa. Villa Vintturi is a log villa by the lake Päijänne in Sysmä, Finland. Villa was completed in June 2022 with high quality materials and decoration choices. The villa has all the comforts that one can need, from running water, air conditioning and a high-quality kitchen with wine cabinets to a heated Jacuzzi and a wood sauna with stunning views to the lake. Yksityinen ja rauhallinen kohde, jossa voit halata kelotukkeja (ympärys jopa 180 cm!), pelata ammattilaistason snookeria ja nauttia kahden saunan löylyistä. Rentoudu rantasaunassa ja virkisty lähdevesilammessa, jonne vie 90 m pitkä laituri. Frisbeegolf, beach volley, SUP-lautailu ja eräretket tuovat tekemistä ympäri vuoden – elämyksiä kaikille aisteille!

Beach & terrace to south. There is also an outdoor fireplace with small "half-cottage" / laavu on the north side of the peninsula. Preferred arrival/departure day for longer stays is Sunday.
