Tanti piccoli dettagli come fotografie, opere d'arte, cuscini, candele e libri donano personalità all'ambiente. Al ritorno dalle tue escursioni, rilassati e prendi un aperitivo nel grazioso giardino sul retro. L'appartamento di 100 m2 si trova al piano terreno di un antico villino sulla via di San Domenico al n.37 che porta da Piazza Edison a San Domenico fino a Fiesole. Il villino si trova in un interno della Via di San Domenico, un luogo tranquillo e riservato; da un lato si affaccia su un piccolo giardino attrezzato e dall'altra su una corte silenziosa e protetta di nostra proprietà. L'appartamento è nuovo, ristrutturato con gusto e raffinatezza. Perfetto per due coppie di amici e per una famiglia con figli. Può ospitare fino a 7 persone. L'appartamento è composto da: ampio soggiorno con divano letto e la possibilità di aggiungere un letto extra; una bella cucina grande e luminosa con tavolo da pranzo che si affaccia sul giardino; una prima camera da letto doppia con aria condizionata, con vista sul giardino e dotata di bagno privato con doccia; una seconda camera doppia con aria condizionata con vista sulla corte interna. Un secondo bagno grande con doccia. Completa l'appartamento un piccolo giardino a vostra disposizione, ricco di piante e fiori, dove è possibile godersi la colazione, il pranzo e la cena. Siete i benvenuti nel nostro appartamento, i pavimenti sono in parquet di rovere e le pareti sono dipinte nella delicata tonalità del tortora. Abbiamo ristrutturato e arredato questo appartamento con molta cura e attenzione ai dettagli. Troverete lenzuola e asciugamani; sapone, bagno schiuma e phon; ferro e asse da stiro. La cucina è grande e luminosa, moderna e completamente attrezzata con frigo, fornelli, forno, microonde, macchina per il caffè, bollitore e tostapane. Wifi gratuita. Di fronte alla casa, sulla Via di san Domenico troverete il parcheggio gratuito. Sempre sulla Via di San Domenico a 100 m dalla nostra casa troverete la fermata dell'autobus 7 che vi porterà in centro in 15 minuti. Qui avrete la possibilità di rilassarvi al ritorno dalle vostre escursioni a Firenze, a Fiesole e Settignano, nel Mugello e nel Chianti. Sono i benvenuti anche i vostri amici pelosi! Gli ospiti avranno accesso all'appartamento e al giardino privato a loro riservato. Io e mio marito saremo felici di accogliervi e di assistervi durante il vostro soggiorno! Siamo anche sempre disponibili via sms e whatsapp. L’appartamento si trova fra Campo di Marte, le Cure e l'atmosfera affascinante e spirituale di San Domenico e di Fiesole, in un quartiere residenziale ordinato ed elegante, in cui è possibile respirare lo stile di vita tipicamente fiorentino. Oltre al meraviglioso centro storico di Firenze, vi consigliamo un giro nelle vie dello shopping interessanti per noi cittadini come: Via Gioberti, Via Marconi, le botteghe e il mercato nel quartiere delle Cure. Vi suggeriamo inoltre di salire per la Via di San Domenico e raggiungere Fiesole per visitare le meravigliose ville storiche che si trovano lungo questa collina; un percorso che vi offrirà paesaggi e suggestioni uniche! Non disponiamo di un parcheggio privato, ma di fronte all'immobile, sulla Via di San Domenico troverete molti parcheggi disponibili e gratuiti. Di fronte all'appartamento troverete anche la fermata dell'autobus n.7 che vi porterà in centro in 15 minuti. Attenzione, per chi viene senza auto: vicino all'appartamento non ci sono supermarket da raggiungere a piedi, perciò vi consigliamo di comprare quello che vi occorre nei pressi della stazione ( troverete numerosi city market). L’appartamento si trova fra Campo di Marte, le Cure e l'atmosfera affascinante e spirituale di San Domenico e Fiesole, in un quartiere residenziale ordinato ed elegante, in cui è possibile respirare lo stile di vita tipicamente fiorentino.

Climb the white marble staircase to the breathtaking rooftop terrace, boasting unforgettable views of the hills surrounding Florence and the historic center. This apartment has been newly renovated, mixing different kinds of architecture and design. In the flat there is plenty of space for your smart-workstation: internet is fast and reliable, accessible from every corner. We take particular care in sanitizing all the critical areas, in particular the space is sanitized by means of ozone generators. The apartment is newly restyled with a very special taste, mixing different styles in the architecture and design. It is a 2 floors apartment at the last floor of a mid 20th century building right outside the historical city center: at the first floor there are the bedrooms (a Suite and a second bedroom) the bathroom and a wardrobe room. The Suite is introduced by an elegant living area with a separè industry in glass and iron dividing it from the double bedroom with balcony and fireplace. The second bedroom has a big wardrobe with mirrors, a fine couch and twin beds to be disposed at one's will. Through an elegant white marble staircase we have access to the brand new rooftop kitchen and the wide terrace with a view on the hills sorrounding Florence and spots of the old buildings of the historic center. The apartment is entirely reserved to our guests, access to it is by the staircase or by elevator with private access to the floor. The rooftop terrace is only for our guests with sole access from inside the apartment by a staircase. At the same floor in a separate flat live the owners, always ready to help! The owner lives next door and is always available if needed. Chez Geraldine is an apartment just outside the historical center. It’s predominantly a residential district, but the cathedral, Galleria dell'Accademia, and Piazza San Marco are a 15-minute walk away. Food stores, restaurants, and bars are close by. AVAILABLE 4 BIKES (adult size) for our guests, included in the price. Please, use it with care and lock it well each and any time you leave them without custody, thank you. Poggiolieto Suite - on hills 10' from city center

Poggiolieto is on the hills just 10 minutes far by car from the Historical center of Florence. The Property is a typical Tuscan country house surrounded by olive trees. The Suite is a flat apartment (bedroom, living room with a sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen). Swimming pool in spring and summer time; private parking. The house is in a strategic location to be close enough for visiting Firenze's artistic city centre, but be in the peace of the countryside at home with garden and swimming pool.

Charming farmhouse apartment in the Florentine hills a few km from the historic center. Equipped with a private courtyard perfect for dining and relaxation. Access to the supermarket and train station where you can reach the central station of SMN in about 10 minutes. Recommended but not essential to have a car, not suitable for campers. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and parking on the property. Lucia, Antonio and Giorgos, an elderly and peaceful Greek dog, will welcome you.

Flat with a view in Fiesole

The apartment is located on the first floor of a villa between Florence and Fiesole surrounded by cypresses and olive trees, with splendid views of the surrounding countryside. You can get there by following a narrow and winding road and we are 750 meters from the center of Fiesole and 1,400 meters from San Domenico where the EUI and the Fiesole School of Music are located. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but it is always cool as it is surrounded by greenery.
