Located on the driveway opposite our home, The Little House offers its own living space in a peaceful countryside setting. Base price is for one guest; additional guests are welcome for a small nightly supplement NOTICE: A neighbouring farm is currently carrying out building works. There may be some noise during normal working hours (Mon–Fri, but evenings and weekends are generally quiet.

Fully refurbished in 2022, Sparrow’s Nest Cottage is set alongside a Victorian house and has picturesque views of the rolling North Downs. The cottage is right on the North Downs/Pilgrim’s Way and is 6 miles from the historic cathedral city of Canterbury. There are great walks, lovely gardens, brilliant historical sites and excellent restaurants all within easy reach.

Its central location is right at the heart of Whitstable benefiting from its own private parking space. All you have to do is turn up, everything is within walking distance. The Beach at Whitstable is dog friendly all year round and a two minute walk from our cottage. All bed linen and towels provided.

The Pottery Studio, stylish art-filled light space

Spend an extremely comfortable night in the self-contained accommodation in the studio. Once a stable and subsequently the old pottery, the accommodation has now been completely renovated to provide a peaceful and luxurious bedroom with beautiful super-king bed and ensuite bathroom with a roll-top bath. Downstairs, a wood-burning stove is a cosy addition to the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room.
