Our stylish country home is perfect for group trips and family gatherings. Originally an inn for travelers visiting the mill, the home retains original features such as wood flooring, doors and windows and showcases a collection of local 18th-19th century furnishings. In summer, the back garden is a perfect, cool place to enjoy meals, pick fruit and lie in the sun. In winter, the living room is perfect for large gatherings. 5 bedrooms sleep 12 or more. Wheelchair-bound owner=house is accessible.

Romantická rybářská chata Kozlov

Komfortní chata v rybářském revíru přehrada Dalešice. Chata je na okraji klidné chatové osady v lese nad přehradou, k vodě je to 150 m stezkou ze stráně, nebo terénním vozem či pěšky 400m po lesní cestě. K dispozici Hot-tube, gril, krb s udírnou i loď pro 5 osob. Ubytování je vhodné i pro celou rodinu včetně pejsků. Kozlanská pláž (400m), Koněšínská pláž (800m), přístaviště parníků. Nedaleko jsou i turisticky vyhledávaná místa Maxův kříž, zříceniny hradů Kozlov a Holoubek a cyklistické stezky.

Nabízíme k pronájmu prostorný dům, ve kterém se pohodlně ubytuje 8 hostů. K dispozici je také dětská postýlka a matrace. Hosté mají celý dům pro sebe. V přízemí se nachází obývací pokoj s klimatizací, jídelna, vybavená kuchyň s vestavěnými spotřebiči, kontaktním grilem, kávovarem. V podkroví jsou čtyři ložnice, z toho jedna s klimatizací. K dispozici jsou dvě koupelny. Dům je částečně podsklepený. Parkování je možné u domu nebo v garáži. Na zahradě je krytý bazén a zastřešená terasa s posezením.

The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)
