5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Ein gemütliches Tiny House auf 36m2 in den Bergen. Die durchdachte Aufteilung bietet viel Comfort auf kleinem Raum. Alles andere als gewöhnlich. Der gesamte Wohn-, Ess- und Schlafbereich so wie die Dusche und das separate WC sind in moderner lichtdurchfluteter Holzbauweise erbaut. Der Aussenbereich ist mit einer gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheit und Outdoor Ofen ausgestattet. In mitten einer grosszügigen Wiesenlandschaft umgeben von Wald mit Aussicht auf die Berge. Lassen Sie die Seele baumeln.

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Directly next to the yurt are our llamas, alpacas and rabbits. Our farm shop offers the guests products for breakfast, lunch or dinner, which can be  prepared by themselves.  All cooking utensils such as pots, plates, cutlery are ready and can be used.
