The carriage house was built around 1840 and is the original structure updated with modern luxury amenities. Upon entering the carriage house, you will be met with a fully equipped kitchen and a full private bath, then proceed up the stairs to the loft portion and enjoy your stay.

This 4 bedroom home has a first floor master suite with private bath and 3 beds and a bath upstairs. Large Living room has 2 sofa beds, stack washer/dryer, Huge TV and a work space. 1846 Farmhouse Retreat | Near Hocking Hills

Wake up to a view of a 19th-century gristmill right outside your window — then walk across the street to explore it. My wife and I bought this house at a sheriff sale. We didn’t buy it with our brain, we bought it with our heart. “How stupid was that” We couldn’t continue to watch this unique house continue its march toward too far gone to fix.
