A public boat launch is just 1 min away, and the jumping cliffs in Snakehead Cove are a short/bike/ATV ride. Enjoy guest passes to amenities like pickleball/tennis courts, 3 pools, bowling alley, Hart Health Center w/indoor pool, mini golf, Mountain Ranch & Indian Hills Golf Course. 90 miles of ATV/UTV trails. Lake Place Fairfield Bay

You will have 925 square feet of living space and over 400 miles of lake shoreline to enjoy your stay here! There are restaurants, pools, a gym, fruit stands, boat ramps, nature trails, mountain biking trails, marinas, golf courses, and much more. Once you book you will receive specific instructions and a code for entry so there are no keys to keep track of or worry about! Internet can be spotty! If you are concerned with access bring a mifi or make sure you have a hot spot on your phone!!!

Flo’s Lakefront Escape...right on the water

This cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath home + loft is located on the water at Greer's Ferry Lake in Higden. The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Water equipment provided for guests includes 2 kayaks with paddles and more. This lake house has 2 king lakeview rooms with new hybrid mattresses. The twin room has a new memory foam mattress that pulls out to make a King. The loft has a Queen mattress. Electric fireplace & updated kitchen.

Great lake retreat with a large covered and uncovered deck space for relaxation and star gazing. Lake house sits on a flat 2.5 acre lot with private access to expansive rock point for swimming, fishing and sitting and relaxing with the lake all around you. Master suite: king bed and 20 ft ceilings; Guest room: one bunkbed and one queen bed and TV with DVD player. Cozy living room and kitchen, wood burning fireplace, SmartTV. The Cottrell Cottage

Built in 1910, you'll go back in time when you step foot one of the few Dogtrots still standing in Arkansas. Newly restored, it was originally designed w/ open-ended passage that runs through the center of a house, flanked by two enclosed living spaces. This living museum takes you through many decades of the 20th century. Get a taste of early country living with updated comforts. Home sits on 1 acre of land w/ views of the Ozarks.
