I travel often, and while my own home is my favorite place in the world, Laura’s home is one of the few I’ve stayed in that I could live in forever. The primary bedroom—with its breathtaking views—is astounding. The location, lot, and kitchen are all dreamy! I feel incredibly lucky to have experienced such an amazing space. Centrally located, quiet and the host was very responsive. A very good choice for an apartment in Alameda.

We had such a great stay here! The apartment was stylish, clean, and had everything we needed to bring in the new year with friends. Also loved being able to park our car in a safe area and great walkable location to great restaurants / bars. Everything looks like the pictures and Frances was great at communicating if we needed something. She even left a bottle of rosé for us in the fridge! It was wonderful, would absolutely stay again.

We checked in with the lockbox code provided, & kept the spare key (on a lanyard) with us during our stay. The property is clean & comfortably furnished. We met the owner & he was very nice & responsive to our needs. He also provided a nice list of activities for the area, as well as some good family games. The location was perfect, & central to a lot of popular attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place. My husband and I loved it. The place came with a mini fridge, microwave, some utensils, and an oven toaster. A very accesible and quiet neighborhood that felt safe. Walking distance to a convenient store, great pizza place called Slice House, walking distance to Golden Gate Bridge park.

The peacock room is unique in its beauty, just as the majestic creatures are each unique in their splendor. The space was comfortable, quiet, and close to several coffee shops. Street parking was easy. “Intoxicating atmosphere.” - my partner

Our stay at Caroline's place was wonderful. We have two kids so the private outdoor space was great. The location was wonderful with restaurants, cafes, bars, grocery, etc. Also walking distance to Golden Gate Park. I would definitely recommend.

What a beautiful spacious place to stay. Our family of 6 loved it. Everyone had their privacy and we could all gather in the living room and dining room at once with plenty of seating. There was easy access to various places around the city. Overall it was one of the best AirBnBs we’ve stayed at. Thank You for making our family vacation wonderful.

A wonderful house to stay in for families. The house is big, lots of light and open space. Very clean and organized. It has everything you will ever need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. A 5-10 minute drive from all major supermarkets and stores. The host was very responsive and it was a pleasure staying here for our 3 day mini vacation. Thank you guys! We will be back. 😊

I had a magic few days at Lori and Mike's. I drive a VW passat and I found the drive up the mountain to be non-challenging and even very fun by the end. The hosts are cool and easy to get along with. A+ doggo. Hot tub was great. Pool was fun. I usually stay in SF when I'm in the Bay Area. This was much more lovely and relaxing, with SF close enough that going in for dinner or a show felt like it wasn't a big deal. 100% would recommend this place. I brought my cat and had my lady friend with me for a night. Everyone loved it.

Amazing place? Great heated pool, love the house has a lot of stuff and very well appointed and decorated. It has the best palm trees very safe, Our kid loved swimming in the pool. Strongly recommend for any stay! This is our second time here and will come again for sure. Love how the rooms are laid out, bathrooms.

We cannot say enough about this place. The perfect wine-tasting weekend! Exceeded expectations all around. We will stay here again!

Jon was an excellent host, he was friendly and communicated well, his instructions were great. He gave us some really good suggestions and advice about the local area. The location was awesome, super quiet and peaceful. It is within walking distance of a beautiful park and winery that we visited (Bartholomew). The bed is super comfortable and excellent water pressure in the shower. The location was close to so many wineries, restaurants, and super close to town where we enjoyed spending time each evening. Thank you for a great stay, we had a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful girls trip! It had plenty of space, inside and out! The hot tub was amazing after a long day hiking in the redwoods or adventuring in Napa Valley. Nancy had candles, extra towels, even lotion in each bathroom!

Great house with all the amenities! Very helpful and accommodating host. Walking distance to wholefoods/target/peets/trader joes - local restaurant Fume very close and very delicious. Centrally located and perfect for groups.

Tara and Fergus are amazing hosts - always very responsive and would go out of there to make sure we are having a great experience. The place is just as described - peaceful, quiet, tranquil. I had an amazing stay at the place.

We had a great stay at Stephen's place. It was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. It is in a walkable area with easy access to restaurants and shops. Our kids (ages 6 and 3) loved staying in the trundle bed. And Stephen was proactive in providing helpful instructions and was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Alameda.

I just returned from a short stay in Fairfax and Barry's place was very sweet and cozy. As a long-term resident of Fairfax, it was a great setup overall, with walking distance to town, a warm welcome, everything pristinely clean. I didn't spend time there besides sleeping, so I had everything I needed. There is a beautiful outdoor patio that is great for sunny weather. Guests should know that they need to climb up and down a ladder to the sleeping nook, which is cozy but small. It worked for me fine, but important to note. I would definitely stay again.

The Retreat was a very nice tiny home, perfect for me and my dog. The yard is enclosed with a beautiful garden and areas to sit and enjoy the smells. The neighborhood is quiet and a great place to walk up in the Oakland Hills. The views of the Bay Area are spectacular. I would definitely recommend it.

I love this place so much! This is at least my third time staying here. Jeri is so great and the place is so peaceful and comfortable, in beautiful nature, right by Point Reyes Station and all my favorite hikes! I would definitely come again!

Staying here was awesome. A quick phone call with Ben, who was great, got us straightened out for the weekend. Very peaceful, clear instructions for how to use things, and the pinball is a blast!

Nice, cosy retreat. Great communication by Jeanette. Yogurt and coffee was available which was very convenient. Overall would definitely recommend!
