From the deck of this one bedroom architecturally modern space, beautiful bayfront sunsets can be enjoyed. Arcata is a very pedestrian friendly, small town. Positioned on the 4th floor, this two-bedroom penthouse apartment has both stair and elevator access. The Penthouse is centrally located with easy access to US-101 and just steps from some of the best local restaurants, bars and shops in Humboldt County.

Get cozy in the living room at the push of a button with the gas fireplace and Smart TV. Sleep soundly on either the king or queen-sized bed. If you have extra people I can provide an air mattress. Walk from your door to Cal Poly Humboldt, the Arcata Plaza, and Shay Park. A wonderful home base.
