We have just spent a long weekend at Ashmi's lovely house with our children, their partners and our grandchildren. The house was well equipped for all our needs and the welcome pack was well received. We loved the hot tub which we used several times during our stay. We spent a day at Duxford Airfield which is literally 10 mins down the road. If I had to say anything that could be improved it would be that maybe a few more pillows could be provided as some of the group struggled with just one pillow each, but it certainly didn't affect our enjoyment. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a large house to spend time with either family or friends.

Great location, lovely place to stay, only takes 20 minutes to get into city centre. Very close to the tube station. The house is very modern and clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend staying here

Communication with Jean and co-host Carolina was fantastic from the beginning. Getting to the house was a piece of cake, and I was amazed by how spacious it was. Everything was clean and ready for us to use—just the way I like it, haha! The metro station was nearby, and there were plenty of grocery stores in the area. The house felt very homely, and after a long day, I really enjoyed coming back to it. I also have to say that out of all the Airbnbs I've stayed at, I slept the best in this one. During the day and at night, it was super peaceful, with practically no noise from outside. I definitely recommend booking a stay here!

We thoroughly enjoyed the 3 adjoined cottages as it gave extra space and privacy too. The games room is inspired - a refuge for older children or adults with table tennis, table football, a radio and outdoor games but an independent goal for our toddlers too with gocarts and balls. Walking routes from the door meant no travelling by car for us so we'll have to visit again to see some of the many sights we've yet to visit! There are quite a lot of stairs between all the cottages which the children loved but put their parents on guard! The views the hillside afforded though were magnificent. And the animals on the working farm were a source of delight. Well equipped, Kate was on hand should we have any queries.

This is a brilliant Airbnb for a big meetup party or family gathering. The house has up to 14 bedrooms all ensuite, a huge and well equipped kitchen, dining room for everyone to eat together, as well as a lounge, conservatory and garden. Martin is a great host, quick to respond and made check in and out very easy. Highly recommended!

Really lovely time over Easter for three families with young children. Great place & lots to do in the area. Would highly recommend.

We had the most amazing stay! Jaqua is a first class host and the house was everything and more. We partied all afternoon and evening and it was the most comfortable and perfect place to be. The garden and bar are massive and then there was plenty of room to take the evening indoors. The bedrooms are all large and beautifully decorated. I could not imagine anyone being disappointed with a stay here. We highly recommend for large family or friend gatherings. Thank you Jaqua, and we will definitely see you again soon 😊

We had the pleasure of staying for an entire month in this immaculate property where we immediately felt at home. Located in a quiet residential area but close to local amenities the facilities are excellent and the hosts go above and beyond to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. We would wholeheartedly recommend this property.

I just wanted to say huge thank you to Melanie for helping my daughters first Christmas amazing. The grandparents absolutely loved the cottage and being around so much greenery. Melanie and her team are so quick to respond to and she personally went above and beyond for us. We all really appreciated it and my mum left a personal letter on her window sil to say thank you. Wonderful stay in a beautiful cottage in a great location. Very friendly owner and we all felt extremely welcome. Great dog walks from the door, lots of space for children to play and a short walk to the pretty village centre with pubs and amenities. Would love to return.

We had a great, restful time here. Lovely layout, nice & big front room, peaceful surrounding. Lived having the chickens and ducks and seeing some beautiful birds. Hosts super responsive and really helpful. Highly recommend!

A beautiful cottage with everything we needed in a peaceful rural environment. We really enjoyed our stay.

Eleven of us stayed in the barn and stables for the weekend. The barn and stables both have fantastic living, dining and cooking spaces especially the barn which has a double height gallery. All the bedrooms are comfortable, clean and private. The pool is amazing and very well maintained. Our host made sure we had everything we needed. The grounds are delughtful with plenty of lovely doves and chickens. We had a great stay and would highly recommend :)

Had a lovely stay at this barn, spent a night there for my friends hen do. Ema-Louise was really nice and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Ema-Louise even brought round one of her horses for a photo shoot with the bride-to-be who is obsessed with horses. The swimming pool is amazing, with plenty of sun loungers to use to relax around the pool. All-in-All, absolutely perfect place to stay and we will look to book again at some point.

Where do I start! This property was a Fantastic gateway and the price we paid was totally worth it. The property was clean and faultless. The swimming pool and hot tub was an added bonus and the garden outside makes it seem like you are in another country. I will definitely recommend this property and it is worth every penny and I will definitely return again. The hosts were responsive and any issues I had was dealt with swiftly. Beautifully presented home from home with great details to enhance our stay and make things just that little bit easier and more convenient with young children and multi generations! The garden is so pretty and peaceful. The hot tub super fun and the house was so clean and comfortably functional with lovely decor and features. Wonderful stay in such a lovely holiday home, i felt really at home here, was extremely clean, fresh and cosy. Great position on a really lovely park which is right by the clubhouse and other amenities. Lovely host, and very helpful and friendly 🥰 will defo return!

Mark was a great host, I contacted him the day before my intended stay with a last minute panic booking, he replied immediately and put me at ease, answered all of my questions and got my family booked in. The accommodation itself was very reasonably priced for a family of 5 in August, the van was bigger than expected which was a lovely surprise, very basic but exactly what we needed, we have family in St Osyth village so know our way around the beautiful area but for those that don’t I can’t recommend the area enough. The linen isn’t provided during the stay, however Mark put me in touch with a lovely lady called Dawn. I ordered all the bed linen through her and she met me at the van on arrival with a basket full of clean pressed bedding for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend her and her fab service. All in all a great stay

Me and my family had a great stay at Beatrice caravan we will definitely come again as long as there is availability to stay. Great communication from the start, a very spacious and comfortable Caravan for a large family, great pool for everyone to use and the club house is also great.
