Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Was uns besonders gefallen hat: Kaffee und Snacks. Sandelsachen, Babybett und Sitzmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Sonnenschirm für den Strand. Sauberer Pool zum schwimmen lernen für die Kinder.

We had a lovely stay in Expeditos apartment, it was perfect for us. The views are stunning, we spent most if our time on the balcony when in the apartment. It's a modern apartment, in very good condition that was very clean & tidy. There are 4 cafe/restaurants close by along with a bakery & we can recommend them all.

Tolles Apartment in wunderschöner Lage. Noemi ist eine super Gastgeberin. Der Empfang war super, tolle Basisausstattung der Küche. Sie hat die Wohnung perfekt eingerichtet, die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Der Ort ist ruhig, freundlich, authentisch spanisch. Man kann super entspannen, das Meer beobachten, schwimmen, Ausflüge unternehmen. Der Ort bietet mehrere Restaurants und Supermärkte. Absolute Empfehlung für dieses wunderbare Airbnb. Während vier Wochen haben wir die Unterkunft Meeresbrise in Costa Teguise genossen. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch für Ausflüge, die Busshaltestelle ist in ein paar Schritten erreichbar, sicherer Abstellplatz für Fahrräder und zum nächsten Sandstrand ist es ein kurzer Spatziergang . Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, perfekt eingerichtet mit sehr praktischer Küche. Maria und Oscar sind sehr angenehme Gastgeber, die Kommunikation wunderbar unkompliziert und unaufdringlich. Die Umgebung ist sehr still, der Garten der Anlage wird gepflegt und der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Auch der zweite Pool mit Salzwasser ist ein Genuss. Waschmaschine funktioniert bestens und Reinigungsmittel in Hülle und Fülle vorhaden. Der Supermercado ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Special Event Sintflut: Wir erlebten ein heftiger Regenguss bei dem in der Umgebung viele Lokale mit Überschwemmungen und Stromausfällen zu kämpfen hatten. Die Wohnung blieb absolut unversehrt. Adrian's communication was excellent, swift & very friendly. The apartment location was excellent. We stayed for 5 wks & found the place to be very spacious, convenient and quiet. The bedroom ceiling fans (not the ones in the photos) were the best we have every seen - so, so, quiet and super efficient! The pool has 10 sunbeds, although 8 are broken but still usable. The single bed nearest to the window squeaked every time you move which was annoying - perhaps the bolts just need tightening. The main bed was super comfy! We felt a couple of other maintenance issues needed addressing (smoke alarm in a drawer and not the ceiling, Safe deposit still broken, wall plug behind the fan in the lounge wasn't secured securely, the balcony outside door handle has obviously been repaired before; its just comes away in your hand now). Mercadona online delivery to the front door & their website is in English-superb. Anthon car hire around the corner is excellent & no deposit! Thxs Adrian

Eine wunderschöne, saubere Ferienwohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und Blick auf die Küste in einem verschlafenen Fischerdorf. Wir haben es geliebt!

We had an amazing 3 week break, such a lovely apartment, with everything that was needed, fully equipped kitchen which we used a lot. The balcony was just as photographed! So nice and if you’re a sun lover as I am, you will love it! The beach and surrounding area are lovely. If we ever decide to come back to the island we most definitely will return to Paula’s apartment.

Gosia was nice and responded always immediately. The view is breathtaking only for that it is worth to take this flat! The wifi was sometimes leggy which can be problematic if you want to work from there. The way to the beach is challenging but doable. Parking is challenging (due to the road). Otherwise everything was fine. Again I recommend this place 100% because of the view, it is incredible!

Peaceful relaxing location. Spacious accommodation getting sun most of the day. Close to shops public transport and restaurants so car not essential to stay there. Nice bedrooms and shower rooms. Kitchen well equipped. This is a really nice place to stay!

A spacious and perfectly clean apartment with everything you need. A beautiful terrace and pool but also so close to the beach and bars/restaurants/shops. A great place to go for a relaxing get away. Just 10 minutes from the airport. Isabel was a great host with really fast communication. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Wohnung wie beschrieben, Gastgeberin sehr aufmerksam und bemüht, tolle Lage direkt am Strand mit Blick auf den Hafen, gute Ausstattung. Einige Restaurants in direkter Nähe - für uns nicht so schön: die meisten haben zwischen 16.00 und 20.00 Uhr geschlossen, uns ist das zum Abendessen zu spät.

Once again, a fantastic stay. Good outdoor space, sun in the downstairs space until midday, then on the upstairs terrace for the rest of the day. House was spotlessly clean, plenty of towels. Quiet side road even though it's only 200 metres from the main road. Teresa and Massimo are very friendly and respectful hosts. Looking forward to returning. Thank you both 😊

Great place, easy check in. Lots to do nearby. Walkable to all the resturants and shops of Playa Blanca. 5 minute walk to lovely beach at Playa Flamingo. Accommodation had loads of space, big sitting room, kitchen/dinning area. Two good size bedrooms with lots of storage space. Kitchen had everything you needed although we only really had breakfast there. Lovely private garden terrace with lots of seating. Steps down to the pool which was always quiet. One day we had to share it with 2 others😂 Ignacio was always on it providing information. How to check in, directions from the airport and lots of recommendations for resturants and places to visit. He was also very quick to reply to any questions. Overall a lovely week away in a quiet setting with all you could need nearby.

This was our fourth year in Lanzarote for the whole of February and this location near to Arricefe was the best. The house lived up to all expectations and in being able to see port traffic gave a very authentic feel to our stay. It was a clean and spacious residence and particularly private and away from heavy tourism. The sitting room was comfortable and smart TV provided easy access personal streaming accounts. We both were able to do some on line work and the internet provided good reception in the lounge.

We loved this apartment to have such a large balcony overlooking the sea was amazing. The apartment inside was spotless. We will be booking again Thank you

Schöne Unterkunft auf 3 Etagen mit viel Platz und allem was man benötigt. Das Highlight ist definitiv die Dachterrasse von der man die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge beobachten kann und einen beeindruckenden Blick auf die Klippen von El Cotillo hat. Das Appartement ist eine Einheit in einem Komplex mit ein paar weiteren Wohnungen, die sich einen Pool teilen. Dadurch liegt die Unterkunft sehr sicher, aber man hat dennoch absolute Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist perfekt. Vielen Dank, dass wir Gäste sein durften.

A great place, central to all the amenities. Clean and well cared for. Host very responsive. Well worth the money. A few Small points: If Ur a poor swimmer the pool is pretty deep tho the kids pool is available. Although there is a nice sea view the photos don't capture your nearer view of the bins at the back of Biosfera. Bins get emptied most days so no problem for us , but might put some folk off.

Viajamos con nuestro bebé de un año y estuvimos muy cómodos en el piso, Justo delante de la playa y con muchos servicios cerca. La casa es amplia, con una cocina muy equipada y muy cómoda en general. El único punto desfavorable es que en dos habitaciones no funcionaban las persianas, pero había cortinas opacas que ayudaban. En cuanto a limpieza y tranquilidad en el edificio todo muy bien, con plaza de garaje cómoda y hasta servicio de cambio de toallas y sábanas.

Loved our stay at Giuseppe's place, a lovely apartment on a beautiful peaceful complex in a fantastic location. Apartment was great and had everything we needed, nice modern bathroom with a walkin shower, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. No toaster but oven had a grill which we used for our toast. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. Loved the very spacious and private balcony which gets the sun all day and offers shade if you sit further back. No sunbeds on the balcony but no problem, I took one from the sunbathing area out front and used it on the balcony, it was great . Plenty of towels, sheets etc for our stay and a having the washing machine was great. Iron as well and a proper hairdryer! Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again. 😁

What a gem of an apartment! Right next to the beach but so private at the same time. The outside space is perfect and inside has all that you need. Super comfortable beds and the most beautiful bed linen. In a lovely resort with everything on your doorstep. The sunrises at the beach are spectacular. Definitely one to return to. Thanks Andrew for a fabulous stay.

Had a fantastic stay in this apartment. Comfortable and felt right at home. Everything was as described and had a cosy feel to it. Complex well maintained and close to beach and restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend

Idéalement situé à puerto del Carmen et de sa longue plage, l appartement est un havre de paix. Très spacieux et parfaitement équipé, on s y sent comme chez soi. Il est situé à proximité des bars et restaurants tout en étant au calme. On a particulièrement apprécié la vue sur l océan depuis la terrasse et le haut de l appartement ainsi que le toit panoramique qui permettait une circulation d air sans même devoir utiliser la climatisation. On ne peut que recommander ce logement qui est tout simplement exceptionnel!
