Joseph is an amazingly responsive and gracious host—he permitted early check in, provided excellent local suggestions and always answered questions quickly and thoroughly. His place is incredible. The location is in a quiet area near the park and a school but only blocks from the buzz of Upper Street with its cafes, shops and restaurants. It is beautifully decorated in a chic but still comfy way—Wood flooring, warm colors, plants, books. It has elegant styling and very cool automated features with automated lights and blinds, etc. that are quite easy to use. Additional shades and shutters allowed us to darken sleeping areas reasonably well. The kitchen appliances are very modern and easy to use. Joseph is quite thoughtful and even left some nespresso pods (yay), dishwasher pods, laundry pods—thank you! The sofa bed was reasonably comfortable and the regular bed and pillows were excellent. Access to the garden is a wonderful perk. Excellent Airbnb—do not hesitate to book!

Absolutely stunning house, everything was modern, clean and exactly like the pictures. Katy was very helpful and came back to all my queries quickly. Cannot recommend enough!

Communication was excellent, always helpful with tips and recommendations, home was immaculately clean , great location easy walking distance to the castle, parking was available on road great place to stay!

A clean house, good size garden, close to Hartland country park where dogs are also allowed- we had a great long walk, not crowded on Bank Holiday.

A beautiful house - modernised inside without losing any of its period charm - in a great location. Katrina was a perfect host. We’ll certainly look to stay again in future!

Great house in really good location for exploring the area and walking distance into Wendover. Very spacious bedrooms, kitchen and living room accommodating 6 adults perfectly. Very comfortable beds. Good showers. Dog friendly.

Had a brilliant weekend stay. Walkable to the city centre and local pub. Quiet neighbourhood and wonderful place to come back to.

Sarah was an Amazing host and I couldn't have asked for a better host or a more wonderful house. Sarah's home was stunning and was so lovely to be near a wonderful big park.

Unbeatable location in the heart of a great neighborhood; walking distance to anything you may need and then some: great shops, restaurants, bakeries and even a supermarket and a pharmacy. Choosing between the train and walking to the center of London is also a no brainer if you enjoy walking

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Teenager-Kindern über Ostern in London - die Wohnung war ideal, um von dort nach Central und in die westliche Umgebung Londons zu gelangen. Sehr stylisch eingerichtet und alles funktionierte!

We had a relaxing and peaceful time at Roger's place. Although we arrived rather late at 11pm, the self-check in instructions were very helpful and we had a very comfortable night at the property. I would love to be back in the near future.

The flat is perfect for a stay for one or two people for a short break in Rochester. It's is easily walkable to and from the station and easy to find. It was peaceful but near the centre, the castle, cathedral and river with an incredible number or eateries nearby. The instructions for getting in were clear with no problems and the key box easy to use. (I have fought with a couple in the past!) The flat itself was spotless with all the amenities you need. There was plenty of kitchen equipment and Linda left milk, tea and coffee. My only note of caution, was it was up 3 flights of stairs which was easy to manage but I did have to take my bags (I don't travel light so had two ) one at a time. I would highly recommend this most comfortable flat if staying in Rochester

We stayed two nights in this beautiful Georgian garden flat and felt very at home. Antony is super friendly and sent a detailed welcome pack ahead of time including tips for things to see and food recommendations. The kitchen was well equipped (we like to cook for ourselves) and generously provided lots of bits and bobs including milk (soya as well as regular), bread and juice. The garden front and back is very pretty and lovely to sit out in. The wifi was powerful enough to watch shows on our phones, although it was nice to read/play games and not just sit in front of a screen. Absolutely recommend staying here if you want to explore Sheppey (particularly if you want to visit Elmley reserve but stay somewhere homely and cheaper!).

Great location. Yvonne was friendly and responsive. We had such a lovely stay here and would definitely come back. It was a great base for our London trip. Kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean and comfortable. A home away from home.

Max's appartment really felt like a home and was decorated almost exactly to my taste: cosy, comfortable, stylish and homey. The higlight for me was the window seat in the living room. Also like the book cases with books to read and the many lamps that gave very cosy lighting at night. The location is great and easily accesible with public transport. The beds were to my exact comfort level and the street was quiet. A couple of minor let downs: the flat wasn't ready for us at the agreed time so we couldn't relax a bit before our next adventure. We were able to leave our luggage. The glasses in the cupboard weren't clean.

Lovely, relaxing place to stay. Great communication throughout. Excellent location, very close to the park and with great public transport connections. Bus stop a hundred yards away. Very close to local shops and cafes. Lovely extra, thoughtful touches of fruit, tea, coffee, milk, snack bars, even porridge oats! We would definitely stay again when we are back in London. You can get into central London easily using public transport but this is a quiet, leafy residential area. Perfect combination for us.

Great place to stay near Canary Wharf! The home itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. The hot tub and sauna are luxurious and a fun treat! Kitchen is fairly well stocked and easy to cook in. A/C worked great. Washer/dryer combo machine is nice to have as well. There is a small market across the street which makes getting groceries super easy. The bus stops right in front of the house for easy transport to Canary Wharf or anywhere in the city. Great transportation connections via DLR as well. Greenwich is an easy walk and a wonderful way to spend a day. All in all a fantastic place to stay! Thanks for making it a great place for our family!

We spent a lovely Christmas here and had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect, endless sea views and plenty of places to walk to with the dogs. The apartments are well stocked with everything needed to cook a beautiful Christmas dinner and Anthony even provided us with lovely Christmas trees. It felt like a home away from home. Anthony kindly let us check-in early and check-out late which helped us truly relax. This was our second time staying and won’t be our last!

We had a great Christmas. The house is a much bigger then the photos. Plenty of space for a large family and more then enough hot water for all of us!! The house is very clean, enough pots, pans plates etc. Lovely setting, loved the little church, which is open for visiters only, seeped in history.

Little Rock is a fabulous property in a stunning location. This part of East Sussex/Kent border is really interesting and the countryside is lovely. The main room kitchen/lounge are is huge and very comfortable with lovely views over the country side with the small railway spur line at the bottom of the valley, (we were lucky to see the Spa Railway steam train both days we stayed). Bedrooms were all well decorated and very clean and the ones with ensuite facilities were huge. The kitchen and utility room were both extremely well appointed and we did a lot of cooking but did not run short of pots and pans etc etc. We would not hesitate to recommend Little Rock and all 9 of us were very sad to leave.

We had a lovely stay in West Mersea this weekend. The airbnb is in a perfect location, with a short walk down to the beach. The property is beautiful and spacious and the projector is incredible! Tony and Mas were wonderful hosts and were easily contactable throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Fred’s. The space was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of pots, pans and cutlery meaning we could easily cater for our group over the weekend. There was even an air fryer to use! The beds were comfy and the mix of single and double beds, meaning it was easy to organise the sleeping arrangements. Fred was very responsive and helped us find the property and showed us himself how to work everything in the house. Overall I would highly recommend staying here!

Damian was very helpful and could not do enough to ensure we had everything we needed. The property is beautiful, all be it not as big as it seems from the pictures. There isn’t a games room but a games area within the main living space - which is still great. It does need a slight spruce up in areas to really give it a complete deluxe/luxury wow feeling. Cinema room is excellent, garden and view is fantastic and there is sky tv in most rooms, beds aren’t king size and sofa beds in living room are really hard futon types so wouldn’t personally use them and would only book by bed number if we came back - which we definitely would! Overall great host and beautiful property which does as it describes. Thanks Damian for all your help during our visit!
