The property features a magnificent view of the river, direct access to the beach and a space for swimming and fishing. The property also includes a Sauna, a Terrace with garden furniture and Parking for 2 cars. Within walking distance: a small grocery store, bus stop, and it's only 2,5 km to the sea.

Philosophers Residence Apartment

This unique place has a style all its own! 1-bedroom apartment located in the centre of Metropolis on vast landscaped Philosophers' Residence terraces, its guests can dedicate themselves to thoughts and contemplations on the most spectacular Old Town landscapes of church broach spires of Riga Castle. From the viewpoints appears river Daugava beneath the Vansu Bridge crossing it, low-rise Kipsala and Pardaugava with its miniature houses sinking into green gardens.

The Lake House "Ausatas"

After a long break, Ausatas resting place is gradually resuming its activities. Like a few years ago, we plan to provide accommodation, a bathhouse, and a room for various events. Ausatas is a cozy corner of pure nature, for those who prefer to relax alone, who like to spend weekends or vacations with their families, meet friends, celebrate an anniversary. As before, we provide the opportunity to fish on our lake.
