The apartment was a very nice place and very close to the beach. We simply had to walk across a public parking lot to get to siesta key beach which was very convenient especially considering how some had to drive, look for parking, possibly pay for parking, etc. Also the public beach parking lots fill up quickly so there is another advantage of being across from the beach. Some may not like the location of the apartment but my family and I enjoyed it. It was quiet and far enough away from the nightlife at the siesta key village without being too far of a drive or to take the available trolley. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed it.

We stayed here with our 3 small children, and the space was perfect for our needs. The condo had everything we needed, check in and check out was easy. The closet accommodated a pack n play which was a plus for us. We loved how easy it was to walk to and from the beach/pool/condo. We would definitely stay here again

William was a great host and his home had everything we needed for our stay. The distance to the bay and private beach were both perfect and we even got to see a few dolphins in the bay in the morning! We will definitely be back!

You never know what you’re getting yourself into when renting from someone else, but Amy was top-notch! Her condo was as described. It was very clean and well taken care of. Our entire family was very comfortable staying there all week. Amy is great at communicating and responding very quickly. Her suggestions and extra information she gives you is very helpful. I would definitely go back and stay again

We cannot say enough about what beautiful accommodations, perfect location, and gorgeous private beach! We were visiting our grown children and it was truly the best place to be. Lori and Tim were outstanding with answering questions and the check in and any questions throughout the stay were answered promptly. The staff at the location were all also very friendly and helpful. We would love to return and highly recommend! Such a clean, comfortable and welcoming vacation spot! Thank you Lori and Tim!

We have been coming to Siesta for years and rented all over the key. Siesta Dunes is right on the beachfront. It’s large with a huge pool in the centre with tons of loungers and umbrellas and then you walk out to the massive beach. Although people say walkable to the beach, in most cases you have to cross the main road and go to the other side which is a severe pain. This is all contained and it’s important for me to have the least work possible on vacation. There’s a centre deck with bbqs overlooking the beach where everyone comes to watch the sunset. Tanya’s place is bigger than it looks on the photos with two back decks, plenty of seating inside and back out. Siesta is our home twice a year and now that we found Siesta Dunes we are booked for Christmas. The trolley is the best part of Siesta outside of the massive white beach and we always make a date night at Summer House. Tanya’s is worth staying at.

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

This was our second year staying here. The view is amazing!! It is very clean and well stocked.

We enjoyed our stay at Attila’s. Beautiful and clean space, great location. Will definitely be back to the area and his property again. Our entire stay was lovely!

Beautifully appointed 3rd floor space. Amazing view of the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Walkable to restaurants, shopping and bars. Sandy pathway from the rear of the home lands you right on the beach (the end that is less congested). The interior has a large open comfortable living space. Great linens and a comfortable king size bed. Bathroom is large and spacious as well. You won't be disappointed if you book this space for your time at the beach!

Great location, exactly as listed. Came with all the essentials plus more. The condo was perfect for us and our 18 month old and the brand new pack and play was much appreciated. Very friendly beach town with the softest white sand!

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

Clean and comfortable, this was the ideal stay for us. Location can't be better, close to beach and town. Loved it!

Great stay! Thank you. We couldn't find the snorkel gear, but wasn't a big deal at all. There's plenty to do around Lemon Bay. Great music, fun bar scene, and once you get past the fence surrounding the beach, fun times searching for shark teeth.

Scott’s place was the perfect stay! Getting inside was super easy and the place was spotless. Everything was exactly as described. We loved how dog friendly the stay was and how close to Siesta Village we were. Would highly recommend and hope to rent another of Scotts properties soon!

This was a much needed break from work and the property’s location could not be better, a very short walk to the beach! Everything was well appointed, clean and organized. I felt right at home. Stephanie was very helpful with recommendations or answers to the questions I had even though everything was clearly indicated and explained. Thank you Stephanie we will be back for sure

This was our first time visiting Siesta Key and I’m pretty sure this condo is in the ideal location. The traffic up and down Midnight Pass Road is usually pretty bad at all hours of the day. This condo is situated so that you avoid going through all of the traffic after leaving the bridge. Not only is it in a great location for traffic reasons, the beach didn’t seem as busy. Having walked the beach, there was way more people at other condo complexes- probably because this condo complex isn’t as large. The condo was well appointed and clean. We had an issue with the tv not operating and Joe and his assistant made sure it was working correctly immediately. The view is beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our first trip to Siesta Key.

We had an amazing stay at Brandon and Jessica’s condo in Siesta Key! From the beginning, they were incredibly friendly and fantastic communicators. They graciously allowed us an early check-in, which was much appreciated. During our stay, we accidentally locked ourselves out of the condo, and they immediately stepped in to help, calling a locksmith who arrived in about 30 minutes. Truly above-and-beyond service! The condo itself was beautiful, spotless, and stocked with everything (and more) we could’ve needed. It’s also in a great location close to restaurants and with a trolley stop just outside, making it super convenient to get around. We were very impressed and would stay here again. Brandon and Jessica are excellent hosts! Highly recommend!

Everything was great about our stay: the location, the property, the communication. By far the best views of all 4 condos, lots of ocean on both sides. Tough choice between a cocktail on the lovely balcony and the sunny beach just steps away. The owner are very nice. The space is ample and quiet. Decent eating out near by. Perfect Florida vacation.

Zoya’s place at the Sea Shell was great! We arrived a little early and she helped us check in a little early. Our vehicles didn’t fit in the designated parking spot so she helped us navigate those waters and helped with parking passes. Overall, it was a very clean, convenient location with direct access to the beach. I would happily stay again. Thanks Zoya and Alex!

Visited for my son's spring training w baseball. Was a last min booking. In a great location w a private beach and pool. Condo has been newly remodeled all new furnishings and appliances. Decor was fitting. Felt as home. Amazing host, very informative. We will return.

We originally booked this location (Jamaica Royale), but it was impacted by Hurricane Milton. We were a little disappointed that it was still listed as available, even though it very much was not, as it was still being cleaned up/repaired. However, we were incredibly thankful that Adam responded almost immediately and got us into another location nearby (Palm Bay Club). While not as well appointed and modern as the place we originally booked (and with no beautiful views at all--just the roof of the building beside us), it was situated in a great location near the beach, and very clean and comfortable. Both condos are in VERY conveniently located though--downtown Sarasota is a quick 10 minute drive away, the fine white sand beach is a 5 minute walk, and it's a quiet residential area. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly book with Adam again. He was incredibly responsive and helpful, and we had a great experience, all things considered!
