The home is amazing. Super clean, completely updated. Spacious yet cozy! Games, books, and pool toys. Multiple seating areas. We would love to come back!

The space is just like the pictures! The amenities are extremely helpful (bikes to ride 0.8miles to coffee & restaurants), beach chairs, umbrella, & outdoor showers. We didn’t use the SUP or wagons but also a nice option. The back patio was a great spot to take a break from the afternoon heat for lunch. Manasota Key was hit pretty hard with the hurricane in Oct 24 & we could still see some of the damage in the neighborhood. This property was fixed up & most of the restaurants but Stump Pass Beach is closed. This place isn’t open door to beachfront but we could walk there easily (0.27miles) & once opened Stump Pass Beach entry would probably be closest. Plenty of public access points to the beaches & the wagons make it easy to bring your supplies.

I enjoyed my stay at this quaint, cozy cottage. The place was spotless with an ample supply of linens and a stocked kitchen. It was quiet and peaceful, and felt safe. It was just a short walk across the road to the Gulf beach. I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella, as well as the floor fans in the unit. Deborah was very quick to respond to messages.

We LOVED this space! It was very clean and recently renovated. It’s bigger than the pictures show. Teresa does a great job communicating back quickly with anything I needed. Bed was comfy, more than enough parking, a hose outside to wash sand/salt water off, lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand rakes, and sifters to use for shark tooth hunting at the beach (I bought a floating sifter off FB Marketplace). Only a 10 min walk to the beach. We would drive to the beach in the AM with our equipment and walk back to eat lunch in the Airbnb, so not to deal with parking at the beach once it became crowded. The unit had everything we needed! Publix grocery store and Walmart is 10 mins away. We will absolutely be back next year! Thank you Teresa!

David and Natalie were awesome, loved their place, updated, comfortable and very clean. The area has much less traffic then Sarasota and Tampa so driving the area was much less stressful. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying with David and Natalie again. Cheers Chris and Susan

A very beautiful area. Loved watching the kayaks and boats go by! Great for walking or riding bikes! We loved the quiet!😊. Having a balcony was really nice to enjoy the views! Highly recommend this place!😊

This was a nice place with good size rooms. The kitchen had all of the kitchen tools and appliances needed to prepare a variety of meals. It is a quiet neighborhood with plenty of places to walk with low traffic. It is nicely located for areas I like to visit, both the beaches and inland areas. There was a plumbing problem on the day I arrived and Anna responded very quickly and everything was fixed rapidly.

Mary and Gina invite you into their space and make you feel like family. They bend over backwards to make you feel comfortable. I was here when Hurricane Ian hit and I wouldn’t want to have been anywhere else. I was not only a tenant, but my introduction to life in Florida was wonderful due totally to this family. When they reopen their doors again, you would be foolish not to book this Airbnb. This home is centrally located between Sarasota and Fort Meyers. Good location, and great weather.

Boris is very easy to work with. We used the place mainly to sleep. We were visiting friends in the area. Would stay here again.

We had a good stay in this location, friendly and welcoming host. The location is perfect if you are taking in consideration 30-40 mins drive to the west coast. The community pool is great out there too!

Enjoyed my solo stay here for 3 nights. Quaint, quiet, nice space for one person (or two!) Had everything I needed though I did not spend much time on the property. Clean, comfortable bed. Host reached out frequently to inquire about my experience and offered help as required.

Stayed here for Easter weekend and it was absolutely amazing! My husband and my girls absolutely loved this place. Its quiet and centrally located. Come prepared to hunt for sharks teeth. Will definitely return. Thank you for wonderful communication.

It was a perfect place to stay for two people a little too warm for us. But we did enjoy ourselves with the surrounding areas lots of fun areas to go to and close.

Me, my wife and 2 kids (ages 3 and 1) had a wonderful stay. It was our first time in Venice. I love how the setup was minimal but cute and homey. I asked for a pack n play last minute and it was still there upon arrival. The place is pretty new, super nice. Tim was super friendly and helpful. We will have to come back for sure!

Wonderful stay at Burnt Store Marina condo! Loved the marina view! Comfortable furniture and bed. Well-stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

After a whirlwind week with my son at a gymnastics camp and family visits, Cape Haze was the perfect place for R&R. Beaches were close by and coming back each afternoon to finish the day at the pool and beautiful sunsets was perfect! Michelle was accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend staying at this condo!

the Sweeneys were great! we stayed here during a hunting trip at Babcock ranch preserve, its 20 minutes straight down the road. the house is only 5 minutes from a Winn Dixie and a gas station in case you forgot anything, the beds were comfy, the washer and dryer work perfectly, the shower and bathroom were perfect as well. very pleased with sandy's place and if we end up back in that part of town again I will be sure to book it again!

Roberto and his wife were very accommodating. They welcomed us personally to their home. When we inquired about beach chairs they provided a couple of them for our use. In addition to the inside living spaces, there is a nice screened in porch along with a quiet backyard area with a lot of lounging options to choose from. A couple of notes: The owners occupy the living space directly above, so there is some noise transfer thru the ceiling. Also, the owner's extensive collection of collectables and knick-knacks, while beautiful, may not be suitable for families with small children. However, we really liked the convenient location and access with a reasonable 1-1/2 mile distance to Turtle Beach, which while smaller than Siesta Key beach, Turtle provides a less busy beach option. We appreciated the in-home laundry facilities. When we requested some additional items i.e. shampoo, conditioner and laundry soap, they provided them quickly. We would gladly stay here again.
