We had a wonderful stay at The Granary. The setting is exceptional and you feel like you’re in a historic hamlet in the middle of beautiful, peaceful countryside. The hosts were great, leaving us to our own devices but on hand and responsive if needed. The Granary has been expertly restored as have the other historical buildings on site and the grounds are beautifully presented. We had everything we needed in the property. We would highly recommend booking a stay. Don’t forget your swim wear - the pool and jacuzzi are fantastic!

Lovely peaceful place to stay. Authentic Japanese theme makes a refreshing and interesting cultural change. Care and love has gone into creating the Wabi Sabi Sanctuary.

Great stay with hot tub and open fire! If you're looking for a romantic getaway and country walks on your door step with great pubs, this is your place! So well equipped from kitchen to robes and slippers. Warm, homely and private. really enjoyed our stay.

Our group had a wonderful stay in this property. A beautiful historical house, cosy kitchen and fireplace to play board games in front of (or watch the rugby instead). Corner store was easily walkable, so too the local pub (we recommend the Crown). Perfect place to catch a break.

The place was absolutely beautiful and cozy feels like we’re just at home chilling. Every part of the room is spacious. Spotless clean. Backyard was big where we set up the party. Host was kind and responsive. We enjoyed our time spent in his place. Will definitely come back

Lovely lodge, so friendly and so helpful, helped out so much with decorating the lodge for a birthday. Really nice grounds with pigs and chickens and ducks to see. Would recommend to anyone for a happy getaway

We had a really good stay at Suzanne’s house. We were a party of 3 adults, 1 year old and a Labrador. Plenty of room with a lovely open plan space downstairs with very comfy seating in front of a great TV. The house was as described and in a lovely location just next to the river and across the road from Kew Green. The house is Suzanne’s home which was a bit strange as it does feel a bit intrusive, but it is clearly advertised as such and didn’t cause us any problems. Also lovely that it is dog friendly with loads of great dog walks near by. Thank you.

Carina was a good host and always available without being intrusive. The property is well priced and cosy with all the amenities required for an extended stay with lots to do on the doorstep in the beautiful area as well easily accessible links to the motorways to travel further afield. We visited the place and used it as a base as a family of 5 and spent a lot of the time out of the property as we were visiting family in the area. The amenities were great and we were able to wash the kids clothes that were getting dirty from all the outdoor activities available on the doorstep, we did a fair bit of walking in the surrounding country trails and went to legoland which is close by, the local pub was within walking distance and served fantastic food at a great price. I have nothing negative to say about the accommodation and host and would welcome another visit here, if I was to add a constructive appraisal would perhaps look to update the soft furnishings for a enhanced experience.

We had a lovely stay at Jo’s place. There are so many lovely walks you can do without driving anywhere as this is right on Ashdown Forest. The place itself was absolutely lovely. The most comfortable bed and very tastefully furnished and clean. A real home from home! It was lovely to meet Jo and we will definitely come back!

Jennifer was great to work with and her cosy cottage is in an incredible location just few steps away from beautiful Wimbledon Village. Access to public transport was very easy. While it was somewhat tight quarters with three adults and a child, the space is very functional more than met our needs. We would not hesitate staying again in the future.

Where do I start? This Airbnb was absolute perfection. It was blissfully private and quiet, tucked away in the most peaceful setting. The host was incredibly welcoming, the space was stylish and spotless. If you're looking for a serene escape, this is it. Thank you so much Michal and Toby. What a great find tucked away up a quiet residential road....in the morning with the birdsong we felt we could have been in the countryside! The house was bigger than we'd expected and the outside space was a real bonus in the lovely weather. Two big ticks were the comfortable beds and good water pressure for the shower - we look forward to staying again when we're in the area.

the cottage was so lovely. very peaceful garden to relax and unwind with a glass of wine and a fire pit and the inside of the cottage was so beautiful. We went on a lovely walk in the surrounding countryside as well

We were delighted with our stay at the Coach House. As well as being spotlessly clean it was furnished and decorated in a pleasing “ Country Chic” way, which was entirely appropriate. We loved the privacy and leafiness of the surroundings and woke to the sound of the dawn chorus and nothing else! Alison could not have been more helpful, but only came to us when needed. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend a day what a beautiful property

Jacqueline's Cottage truly lived up to all expectations set forth from previous reviews. The surroundings are peaceful and idyllic, and she has created a "suburban retreat" within SevenOaks. The cottage is very well kept and appointed, and there is very little to desire that has not already been provided, right down to the fresh-baked bread and goodie basket awaiting your arrival. We would recommend the cottage to families, couples, or mature friends traveling together. If you like to enjoy the countryside with walks in the fields, I'd imagine you won't find better. Very ideal for a weekend getaway, long-term stay, or visiting your boarding Sennockian.

We had great pleasure in staying in Judith's lovely cottage for three nights, wished it had been longer. It was so cosy and comfortable, it had everything we needed. This is quite a unique little find. Would love to return.

Fantastic two bedroom property. I really recommend this for exploring the west end of the South Downs. We walked and cycled several sections during our stay. The property is finished to a high standard and is well equipped. It was great to have the use of a washing machine when we returned to the property with muddy clothes after exploring. We'd like to go back in the future.

A beautiful cottage with everything we needed in a peaceful rural environment. We really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I were in Esher visiting friends for the holidays and we couldn't have been happier with this cottage. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays and was a warm and inviting retreat from the British cold. It's very private, spacious (for our family of 4) and has all of the amenities that one would need for their stay. The communication process through the entire booking process and stay was excellent. If you are in the area and looking for a great rental, this is the place. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
