The Old School House, Gundy

The Old School House and former teacher's residence of Gundy is a unique and historically significant building in this small village, 20km east of Scone in the Upper Hunter. Lovingly restored and renovated, it has wide verandahs with French doors leading off from most rooms. Fully airconditioned and tastefully furnished with a sunny and spacious new kitchen/dining area, it has views across the paddock and is set in a lovely native garden. Perfect for couples, families and groups of friends.

Send the kids downstairs to their own play area and bathroom, as you relax upstairs with the view of the sunset from the balcony. Enjoy four TVs with Netflix & free-to-air TV in the comfort of air conditioning. Three queen-size beds (one in each bedroom) and two single-size beds. Socialise with your family or holiday companions on our backyard table. Supermarket, bakery, bottle shop, pharmacy, club are only 400 metres away. Strictly no pets allowed. We cannot provide a tax invoice/receipt.

Only 2 1/2 hr drive north of Sydney or 1 hour from Newcastle - Bundera Lodge is a cosy timber home set on 3 acres of private bush land and part of the 1000 acre Eaglereach Highland Park community that encompasses Mt George & the Moonabung Mountain Range .
