This cottage was built with the needs of our guests in mind, including in-unit private laundry. The cottage is located steps from an array of Albany/Berkeley culinary culture, cafes, shops, and markets.

Our "Backhouse Retreat" is a cozy little studio with a whole lotta charm. We are located in the quiet, safe and centrally located Richmond Annex. A neighborhood offering easy access to all of what the Bay Area has to offer. Red Cedar lined walls, a full kitchen, memory foam bed, private outdoor patio, free WiiFi and a Smart TV are just a few of the perks. We are located less than a mile away and will give you your privacy, but will be available upon request!

Come stay in a quiet, peaceful cottage in a sunny backyard on a great street in Berkeley. There's a large skylight and lots of light. The cottage has its own entrance accessed from the backyard, and is separate from the house. You can spend time relaxing on the outdoor furniture. We're about a mile from Berkeley Bowl, close to UCB, restaurants, shops. The cottage is very relaxing. People love staying here.

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. The place is nestled in a garden setting . The cottage is stand alone and is not shared . The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)
