With 3 transport corridors, travel from St Kilda on the bay, to Preston and beyond is easy. The Museum, the MCG and the Rod Laver Arena, the National Gallery, Concert Hall and Theatres, our art filled laneways and fabulous eateries are all in easy reach. The neighbourhood is 4 km from the Melbourne CBD, and 100 meters from 86 tram to city and train station, and bus line along Hoddle Street. All this provides easy access to city, MCG, Rugby Stadium, Tennis Centre, Theatres and NGV. We are empty nesters with a kelpie dog, Peppy.

It is a short stroll to great food, leafy Edinburgh Gardens, public transport and bike paths.

This is a place for relaxation, a retreat that is still close to the fun of the city.
