LussoStay was the perfect place for my husband and me during our time in San Diego! The apartment was clean, well-equipped with amenities, and located in a very walkable area. While the building was in the process of updating its lock system which caused a couple of minor hiccups LussoStay was incredibly responsive, and the building staff were helpful and friendly, so everything was quickly resolved. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Easy check in great location super clean what’s else can you ask for

Super nice amenities in a residential building in great location. Walkable to lots of restaurants, park and water. Studio clean. Overall pretty good communication though a little confusion with checkout and unable to accommodate late checkout.

Great place with plenty of space. Very well updated and well stocked as well. Amazing location and view. Nice balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Easy walk down to a very quiet beach. Easy walk or drive to bars, restaurants, coffee, gyms. JB’s communication was great and check in was easy. We will definitely be back.

I don’t want to say anything bad b/c Heather (and Tim) were absolutely fantastic!!! I can’t say enough good about them. The apt was fine and fully stocked with everything we could need. The negative is that the building is old and tired and had a funny smell. The pool wasn’t warm enough to use given the cool weather and the workout room was kind of a joke with very old equipment that was mostly broken. The area wasn’t great for tourists.

Great place! Pros: Beautiful and well furnished. Safe and comfortable apartment complex. Very clean. Amazing pool and gym. Vidal is extremely responsive and helpful. Easy and frictionless check in experience. Things to consider: The unit is not really private, everyone can see inside your unit and even feel free to talk to you while you are at home, if you keep the blinds open. The king bed is super comfortable but the mattress can be a little too soft for some people. Other than that, amazing experience! I'd stay here again! :)

This place is everything and more! It is super cute, cozy, and clean. The location is perfect for getting to the beach, shopping in the Cedros District, and dinning in Del Mar. The views are incredible and the host Andrea was so easy to work with!!! We stayed for 10 nights and could have stayed another. We will be back!

Breath taking views of the ocean. Amazing private beach, pools and hottub. Walkable to great restaurants. We’re definitely coming back.

Melanie’s place was wonderful, updated, and clean! The pool, hot tub, and private top floor balcony made it feel like luxury! King bed was comfy and she had every amenity you could need available. She’s a great communicator too!

this place is a hidden gem! we really enjoyed our stay. the location is great, close to everything, from supermarket to beach to hiking trails. and it's very close to two major high way. the house looks more beautiful than the picture. very well maintained! we will come back!

this is a great location, right behind Hotel Del Coronado and only a few minutes walking to the beach. lots of great restaurants and coffee shops down the main st. would definitely stay here again.

We loved the condo - the view was amazing! It has a large living area and super comfortable couch. The large ocean front bedroom was great - we listened to the waves all night. First time to Solana Beach - liked being able to walk to restaurants (Rustic Root), farmers market, and the dog beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. Richard called us to make sure we were able to get in. The condo has electric mobile heaters - it was a bit cold/rainy for a few days, but we were able to get the area warm. We would come back!

Nancy was wonderful to work with and the location was breathtaking. We experienced an earthquake (4/14/25), a once in lifetime event for this family from western New York! The condo had everything you could possibly need and was very well maintained. It felt like being at home! A nice location with easy drives to see the sights of San Diego, but not be in the city. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

Overall We enjoyed our stay at this house. Gorgeous views and surroundings provide panoramic views in the house. Pros; Main living room, dining area and TV room downstairs are nice to hangout with views and pretty much anything you need. There is also a piano if you know how to play. Fireplace in living room made the space cozy and pleasant to hangout. Pool and Jacuzzi were our favorite, easy to communicate with host to make them warm during our stay. Cons; - Bedrooms are upstairs and they are clean but basic, master bedroom has two twin size beds which was a bit small for our family of four. There wasn’t also any nightstand next to bed to put your phone or belongings on while sleeping. - Bath tub/shower combo is typically not my favorite but they were okay. - There wasn’t any spices in kitchen, not even salt or pepper if you’re planning to cook during your stay. We had to go shopping to get basic spices. - the guesthouse is occupied so the main entry is shared.

Our stay was great! Hot tub was as promised 104° and very clean. Many convenient amenities made this place very nice to stay, we didn’t have to provide or buy any additional supplies (like sometimes happens). Erik was a wonderful host and very responsive to a few questions we had. The location is overall very quiet and is a walkable distance to nearby restaurants/grocery/coffee shops/etc. Quick bus ride of $2.50 per person is a great way to quickly get to the beach area as well. Would highly recommend and would stay again! Thanks Erik!

Cristi’s home was absolutely perfect and what we needed! We loved how open the space was and we put the outdoor space to very good use. The hot tub was a great bonus especially after doing lots of walking around. You can tell there was a lot of thought given to hosting people and it was truly appreciated!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was the perfect spot for us to gather with our large family and enjoy a family vacation. The drive to the beach and other fun things was not bad at all and it was nice because it was so quiet and peaceful at the home that it was nice to be a little bit off the beaten path. Our kids absolutely loved it there and were excited to return after our activities. We would highly recommend staying there!

Enjoyed every bit of our rental! Beautiful location, amazing views, & kid friendly! We immediately barbecued upon arriving & Neil made sure we had all the supplies we needed. He provided prompt responses & clearly defined the use of the amenities. Not only did the kids love the Arcade games, me & my husband were addicted ! OMG the jacuzzi & Sauna (these two amenities alone stole the show) Definitely recommend & will book in the future. So glad Neil was able to accommodate our needs last minute!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was cozy and had a real homie feel. The backyard was absolutely beautiful—perfect for relaxing—and the pool was a big hit with the whole family. The beds were super comfortable, and everything was just as described. My kids and my parents all had a great time. It was a beautiful and peaceful getaway, and we’d definitely love to come back!

The host care a lot about this property and you can tell in every way. It’s decorated perfectly you feel like you are in a magazine. The beds are super comfy and the couch is so nice to cuddle in. This house didn’t work well for my husband that was in a boot from an Achilles injury. We disturbed the tenant that shares the space. It was hard for us with our group ( 4 teenagers) to keep to the quiet hours at 9 pm (early to tell teens no talking and walking around.) Which is a bummer, because the house is really welcoming and well stocked ( again owners that care and you can tell) . This house is in a killer location. A really great mall is 15 minutes away, grocery delivery is super fast and it a short drive to the beach. I think you should consider their rules closely , we didn’t and it didn’t work out great for our stay. The host do really special things that make them stand out…your check in and navigating the house a breeze. They make a video to explain the house.

This was our first air bnb as a family and it did not disappoint. Very spacious and well maintained home with a lot of great amenities to keep you and your family entertained. Destiny and Sal (hosts) were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We as a family collectively recommend this amazing home.
