Located in a beautiful fishing village, just a few minute walk to a stunning coastline and beaches, the village has great restaurants, cafe, Blues micro pub and a friendly pub ‘the jolly sailor’. 5 minute walk to Latimers fish restaurant, then further along the road is seaburn with plenty bars and restaurants, a stunning beach. There is buses from the village to Sunderland and South Shields. Why not walk along the stunning coastal path to South Shields or over cleadon hills with stunning views.

Ideal location whether you're staying for a music concert, a family gathering or for exploring this region.

Beautiful parks at the end of the street, and a stroll through them gives access to award winning beaches. 5 minutes walk to town centre, restaurants and metro station. This spacious flat is perfect for business, studying or simply relaxing. Ground floor flat of a traditional Victorian townhouse. Large and comfortable living room, generous bedroom, bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen.

This is a quiet residential location, therefore not suitable for stag/hens or similar types of bookings. Access is via a set of stairs so not suitable for anyone who requires level access. Our beautiful, perfectly situated, large seafront 2 bedroom apartment, is set over two floors, here in Roker , Sunderland. One of the most sought after places to stay . It’s a perfect place for business or pleasure whilst visiting the Northeast of England. Close to pubs, restaurants and amenities, you couldn't ask for a better place to call your home away from home. We have recently had several small independent eateries open serving excellent food and drink. Which I can highly recommend.
