The Ponderosa is a unique, renovated 1500+ sq. ft., family cottage. Built around an early 1900s tenant house, in 1966. Downstairs: kitchen, dinning room, bedroom, living room, utility room, washer and dryer, half BR, and a full bathroom. La Solange cottage is on its own private lot. We are close to the airport, churches, shopping, and right off of I-10 and I-49, making it easy to get to wherever you want to be within minutes. Traveling without a vehicle is no issue, Uber is available. The front of our cottage faces Gloria Switch Road, while our back semi- secluded porch faces a wooded area. WiFi is available. We have a Jacuzzi, no shower, king-size bed, 55" Smart TV, kitchenette, sitting area, and a semi-secluded balcony.
