Perfect, pet-friendly, weekend getaway! Admittedly, the fenced-in backyard and pool was the draw for us. But the house is absolutely beautiful, and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. Rob was very responsive prior to our visit. And made the home inviting, with lights on and music-playing when we arrived. Private, peaceful and relaxing stay. Thank you, Rob! Look forward to a return visit.

Our group was celebrating my sister’s bachelorette weekend, and we could not have picked a better place or host. The place was perfect for our group and Linda has thought of everything. Great place! Great views and very comfortable for our group of 8. Provided room to be together and space apart for individual quiet time if desired. Well appointed and well taken care of. Beau was very responsive, accommodating, and super friendly! This is our new go-to spot when visiting LC. Definitely recommend!

We stayed at the pool house for a bachelor party and it did not disappoint! Being in early April we wanted to find a unique air bnb with something to do for 12 guys and we all had a blast swimming and throwing the football around. There are a lot of amenities, floatees, board game, tennis court with rackets etc. and the host was very thoughtful in setting this up. The kitchen was very nice and well appointed, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and we had no issues at all. I would highly recommend this place to any group getaway!

Tiffany’s place was a great location for our annual girls weekend trip. We loved taking advantage of the hiking trails, hot tub and fireplace! The space was perfect for 7 adults, and we enjoyed our time. This is not a complaint but just a heads up for future guests - there is only a Keurig, no coffee maker. We’re big coffee drinkers, so we had to pivot a bit but it was no big deal. 😊 Thanks Tiffany!

For an extended stay, this home fits the bill. It is in a very handy location with restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc., only a few blocks away. The home is new & in a new area, where the properties are nice , very well maintained & managed. Allison, our coordinator did a very good job of answering our questions any time we called her . If available, we would definitely stay there again should we ever need an extended stay in Rochester.

Mindy was great from the start of the Airbnb and to the end! She was very responsive when we asked for local pizza recommendations in town and confirmed our questions without hesitation even when she was trying to enjoy her own Vacation! She was so nice and her home is amazing! Enjoyed the hot tub and how spacious her whole hole layout was. Would love to stay again here with my girlfriends.

This place was perfect for our family of 9 adults and four kids. More than enough room to relax and enjoy one another. We forgot to tell her we were bringing fishing boats, but no problem. There is space across the road to park trailers. The fire pit was our go-to place to hang out. Lots of firewood and a beautiful view of the river. The downstairs bar was just the right place to play a family game of bingo and chat, especially on rainy days. Lots of other games too for any size family or group. Oh, and everyone says the beds are great, even the teenage boys. Lots of towels, blankets, dishes, cooking utensils, pots, and pans. Perfect! Thank you so much. It was our first ever full family hang, and this place made it very special.

Great place while passing through town for work

We loved our stay! We were a little closer to the neighbors than expected but we never even saw them. The stairs are very narrow but the description says that so we can't complain! We loved the provided tea assortment! Would book again!

Very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future. It was clean, comfortable, and fully met our needs. Quiet neighborhood and a great back yard.

My partner and I were visiting Eau Claire for the Eau Claire Marathon/Half Marathon. Jonathon's property is a perfect location for any future runners looking to participate in this event from out of town. It's a walkable distance from the race start/finish (no need to fuss with parking and road closures!) and both the full and the half go by the property so your family/support squat have an easy built-in location to cheer you on. There are a few steps to enter the front and back door, but there are handrails (good to know if your legs are sore the next day!), but otherwise the living space is all on one level. Bonus features about the property: the fenced-in back yard was GREAT for our dog and the bed is extremely comfortable!

We were so glad to have Marlo's house to stay in as we said good-bye to a beloved family member and remembered him with laughter and tears. The house was peaceful, extremely clean, and comfortable. We especially appreciated the size of the kitchen and living room which accommodated our group easily. Thank you, Marlo, for your hospitality!

This place was great for 2 people, anymore would have been pushing it, especially since the bedroom is a scurtain away from the living room and kitchen and bathroom. Overall good location, excellent host, and charming city.

Every detail was well thought out; from the comfy soft robes, the fully stocked kitchen including paper/plastic products, to the labels on all the light switches. Heidi has thought of every detail to make the stay extra special. The location was great, super quiet neighborhood and very relaxing getaway destination. We loved it so much at the Luxe that we didn't want to even leave to explore the area! There was plenty to do right at the home; paraffin wax for a manicure, board games, large TV, hot tub, jetted bathtub, outdoor games, relaxing by the river, walking the property and sitting by the bonfire. Thank you Heidi and Annie for all the proactive information and your quick response time to our questions. We would love to come back here.

I stayed at Caroline's farm for 2 weeks in April 2025. It was an ideal location for me--remote, but not too remote. I was able to work remotely for my job while I was there. The house itself is plenty big, and the outside space made it even more enjoyable--there's a very spacious back yard with a fire pit, barbecue, patio, etc. And wild turkeys and deer walking through daily! I was lucky enough that Caroline's horse and donkey were in the field near the house and was able to make daily visits to bring them carrots (very much the farm experience!). The house was equipped with everything I needed to truly "live" there. Afton State Park is really close by for hiking/outdoors activities, and I made a couple trips up to Stillwater which as a great history and restaurants/bar scene. And, of course...in Afton itself is Selma's Ice Cream parlour, definitely worth a visit or two. I really enjoyed my time here--I was by myself, but with a family or larger group, this place is ideal.

This is our second visit to Sarah’s beautiful home with our pups. We so appreciate all the beautiful furnishings and how much it feels like home. We love to cook all our meals and enjoy family movie time. The kitchen is so well appointed and open to the great room that it makes for fun downtime. We will always check to see if this wonderful rental is available when we are in town. Thanks to Sarah for the early check in as well! Great property and host!

Jason’s home was very comfortable and clean. We especially like the arrangement of the house having two bedrooms on the main floor and two bedrooms in the basement. The beds were very comfortable. It was about a 10 to 15 minute drive (depending on traffic) to Mayo which made it very convenient. The backyard was nice to have no homes behind it with a view of the trees. If we ever need to return to Rochester, we hope to stay here again.

We truly loved our stay here! It was a home away from home for us while my daughter competed at a Nationals dance event out of town. Our host was so friendly and engaged with me throughout the stay. The house was very clean and comfortable, just as listed in pictures, even better. We had everything we needed at the house during our stay, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great as always, lake looks beautiful no matter what season it is.

A group of us stayed at Nona's place during Big Turn Music Fest weekend. We had an absolute blast, and this stay was everything we wanted. Of note: The home is super spacious, and even with eight people, we all were able to retreat to our own little corners whenever we needed a break. The view is simply stunning. We arrived after dark and it was a treat to wake up to the sight of the frozen river and bluffs in the morning. The kitchen was the best AirBnb kitchen I've ever stayed in. A fully stocked spice cabinet, baking basics, excellent dish and cookware (including Le Creuset!!), and a coffee/appliance nook with everything you'd need. We weren't bothered by the train or the nearby airport and the stay was super peaceful, while also close enough to Red Wing for an easy trip to the music. Thank you, Nona, for a great weekend!

We chose The Otter Creek Inn for large accommodations privacy. beautiful grounds , convenient location. perfect hosts and we were not disappointed. Above and beyond. Pristine house. Plenty of coffee. great locations. We also recommend The Altoona Family restaurant only .5 miles away. Also 5 star. We were a party of 10 .All were very happy here.. We'd return in a heartbeat. Lovely, friendly hosts.
